Went to this store a couple times while visiting from Oregon and had to get some stuff for my 1 year old puppy. The staff was very friendly to me and my dog, and even gave us some treats and a free goody bag! They have a great selection of high quality ingredient treats/food/food toppers, grooming supplies, and toys. Was even able to find a dog friendly birthday cake and some cookies for my puppy's birthday. Will definitely come here again next time I'm in Vacaville!

This is one of the best pet stores I've ever been to. Not only do they have a stellar selection, but the staff is incredibly knowledgeable! I went in looking for something to soothe my pups' stomach and to find food my picky eater would like. A young man guided me through my options and provided incredibly thoughtful recommendations. My dog regained the pep in his step after some pumpkin puree and inhaled his new food for dinner. Thanks!!

This place rocks! They have all the best and healthy pet products that you don't find at petsmart or petco and they have good prices for their products compared to other places. I found my dogs Stella & Chewy Kibble cheaper than at pet food express and even amazon! They also have goat milk which my dog loves! The staff is also super nice and helpful.

I decided to check this place out while having our dog's teeth cleaned at the place that's conveniently right next to it. This place has a lot of pet items, so it was hard for me to choose, but I ended up getting him some treats and a toy. The staff here are very nice too. They even gave me a discount for going to the place next door for our dog's teeth cleaning, which was much appreciated. I will definitely stop by again next time I get our dog's teeth cleaned at the Natural Pet Tooth Fairy, which you should also check out.

Everyone who works there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. More importantly, the customer service is outstanding! Everyone is kind, and they go out of their way to help you. The products are great for your pets, certainly very health-conscious products and the prices are competitive. Small business, and we love supporting our local small businesses!

I cannot recommend this place enough. Locally owned and very knowledgeable owner who was extremely patient with educating us with what pet food to change to and provided us with the best customer service. You can tell that they are not only very invested in my shopping experience, but also with ensuring that our dog gets the best they can offer. Jeff was very honest about the products he supports and which ones he recommends.

Very friendly owner, explained patiently to my daughter her questions on what kind of toys to play with dogs and cats and why?Also helped answer why i was observing smell from my dog and based on his feedback successfully changed the food i was feeding from royal canin to taste of the wild. And thankfully the smell isn't that noticeable. Thank you again for your hospitality.
