I used to love shopping at Target until I started shopping here. It's always so..busy,and I don't understand how! They never have any of the products I'm looking for always low stock or the item isn't available. The clothing department is a joke they have very little items to choose from, to include sozthe cosmetics department doesn't really have any products. Gave Target another chance once again in my area Everything is all locked up if you need to buy soap or shampoo you now have to press a button so a worker can come open the glass case it's really inconvenient, and of course the workers are never in the area when you need them you have to wait forever Target has turned into Walmart all items that you need or interested in purchasing are on lockdown, And the makeup, clothing area never has what you are looking for

Vacaville Target is so clean, safe, and stress-free. I just waltzed in today, BLACK FRIDAY, to grab the most insane doorbuster I've ever heard of: a Playstation 5, Disc Version, for $350 vs the usual price of $500. No line, tons of parking, no stress. From parking, to walking up to the Customer Service, desk, and walking out with my order, I was in and out of there within literally 4 minutes. After grabbing this and my Dyson v8 a few years ago ($219 vs $470) I am such a big fan of Target, and especially appreciate how smooth the experience has been at this location!

Customer service at the return desk is awful. The girl working there has the absolute worst attitude and acts like your presence is a bother. She needs to look for a new job or put her in the back in receiving where she doesn't have to interact with customers.

Clean your filthy bathrooms. Pretty disgusting. Not to mention I had to go to the last soap dispenser to even get soap. There were 4 soap dispensers!!! Managers obviously don't care about the cleanliness of the restrooms. I'm curious to see what the mens bathroom looked like as well. Staff should be checking the restrooms periodically during the day. Floor needs to be mopped too. I didn't even want to bring my shoes into my house knowing that I walked into this FILTH. Worse than cow shit. Walmart has cleaner bathrooms than this.

Target delivery service isn't worth the time. Almost 80% of the time I've had to use it, they haven't had the products (or the target shoppers are blind or lazy) that I've ordered and I've had to run to closest (which happens to be most expensive grocer) to get the item I really needed.Ex; russet potatoes - ordered 4. Because normally they are medium to large size. Oh no, I get the smallest potatoes ever. They didn't have evaporated milk , only low fat or 2% fat. Who wants that when they need to bake something (well those of us that aren't watching our fat I guess. Lol)Better to spend $10 and drive to Safeway or Sprouts, unless you're really ailing. Because trust me, Target will let you down. I have even cancelled my Target card because what's the use to use it for the deliveries when I won't be using it again.

I live in Fairfield but I come to this location to find things my local store doesn't have, especially in the dollar spot! I love the dollar spot here, they have much more than Fairfield and it's closer to me than the Vallejo storewhich also has a good dollar spot, or at least it did when I lived there. This store seems clean overall. The employees in Starbucks have always been nice as well.

Avoid this location at all costs unless you like being harassed for money as soon as you walk outside of the store. After purchasing my things, 3 people were begging for money instantly, I didn't even say a word to them and they started insulting me calling me a B**** who was "Siked out" because I didn't give them money. What kind of manager/store owner allows their customers to be treated like this after just spending over $150 at their location. If you like to be harassed go to this store.Very unprofessional to allow your paying customers to be treated like this. I should have returned everything I purchased. Will be shopping else where. 3 Black males holding boxes for money 11:00 AM6/7/22

3.5 stars to be accurate Oh target..this love/hate relationship continues into 2022. This is my go-to location but it is a hit or miss with customer service and selection. Some days I'm thoroughly impressed with their selection in every department and others (though this could be due to covid and delivery/stock issues) it's just a disappointment. I try to do curbside whenever possible, and besides the $1 they charge for the bag - and some days I don't even get a bag, hmmm- i've never had an issue. They definitely have one of the better curbside/drive up systems..and not to mention their app is the most user friendly and parking spaces are always available. Customer service is very ok here. Sometimes I feel like they are so helpful and friendly. Other times I'm off looking for someone for help, and other times when I do find someone, I get the feeling like i'm bothering them. Hence, back to curbside or online ordering. At store returns, the line can get long, so expect to practice patience. Not just with the registers but with others standing in line to return. Please be courteous and keep your distance. It's not a big area for long lines, so it can get cramped. And let's give it up to the card/stationary section!! BRAVO!! It's always stocked...and I can always find the right card for every occasion. Tips- Always bring a reusable bag...I know we all have tons in the car or at home. I've come here a few times and see folks ask for one or two and they have been out. Please drive carefully and slow down when parking here. Park far and walk...it's not worth the car and pedestrian traffic. Skip starbucks in this target. There's one in the safeway next door or drive towards nut tree and harbison (there's a drive thru next to Chevron)

I just don't get it, whoever the girl was working the self checkout area tonight about 6pm was so effing rude. I went to ask her for a bag since we had already paid for one and she blatantly rolled her eyes at me and took a solid 5 seconds to say "we're out". How rude! You're working the self checkout area ma'am you're literally just watching us you could be a lot friendlier. I've worked costumer service too so I get it is hard sometimes but damn this was another level of awful.

I remember the first time I visited a Target store in Walnut Creek, back when I was in Grad school. I thought, "Wow! This is a great Target!" It was fancy with it's wide aisles, underground parking, escalator for both people and baskets, etc. I had that feeling coming in here. Although it is huge and I had to walk a country mile to find what I was looking for, it was fine. I also appreciated that the aisles were clear a debris and that the shelves were orderly and full. This won't be a regular stop for me because there are so many locations close by, however, if in the area and I need to stop by Target on my way back home, I'd stop by here, rather than Pinole, to get what I'm looking for.

I don't normally write reviews if I have a relatively negative experience, but this is absurd. I've use this Target's curbside pickup more times than I can count, and I'd say about 85% of the time I am satisfied. But this last experience was bad enough to warrant this review. Let me preface it with this, I know that this week is hectic when it comes to shopping, so I don't mind waiting for my turn. I show up to pick up my target order placed earlier in the day (with plenty of time from when I marked on my way for the employees to pull my order) and I was one of six in the curbside section. Mind you, my order was about 7 items in total, not including doorbusters or anything that could be considered a hot seller for the Thanksgiving/Black Friday week. Here I am, thinking okay, 20 or so minutes is totally fine. After a half-hour, I finally received four items of my order, and only received four items. When asked about my drinks. i was told to wait and she would check on it. another 20 minutes later, after ignoring my requests, I saw that she had just out of stocked the items without telling me. After waiting for 50 minutes and having my ice cream melt all over my car seat, I have never been so disrespected in my dealing with Target. Don't waste my time, don't disrespect me.

I was looking for an item that wasn't on the shelves, but was in stock online. Lena (sorry if that's not your name but she had pink short hair) was SUPER helpful! She checked the aisle we were in, looked for the second location, and checked the back. She came back with 3 of the items! Thank you for your awesome customer service!

I've done many orders through drive up & they have failed me! Placed an order for my sons formula & without any notice from them my order was going to be ready tomorrow. Only way I found out was because I called 1 hour before closing & all they could say was " I'm sorry ".

I used the drive-up for a quick pick up after work. As stated on their website it will take a maximum of 2 hours to have orders ready. I tried calling to see what was going on with my order, but they didn't even pick up the phone- calling 707-452-8053 and extension 2 for Pick Up is useless. It just rings and rings and rings. It took them 3 hours! And I had a total of 5 items. It's understandable if they're busy, then they should communicate this, but they don't. It would've been nice if someone would've told me this in advance; prior to making my way down there.
