I took my laptop into Switzer Enterprises for repair based on their overwhelming positive reviews. I was not disappointed. I had an excellent experience with Guy installing two new fans on my laptop. I was quoted a price that was stuck to when I went in to pick up my device barely a few hours later, and I think it was incredibly fair. They even checked the temperature of my system for free after I had the work done, just to be sure it was working as intended. What a great repair experience!

Our existing laptop was at end-of-life. Adding an updated hard-drive was the last step, and was cost prohibitive.Computer/IT isn't our Cup of Tea, so we decided to give the folks at "Switzer" a try. They recovered/transferred/saved all Our existing data, added a few upgrades to the "new" laptop, and provided a backup source for Our use if needed.I consolidated my verbage for the aforementioned tasks performed. My computer was hacked and I was unable to access it using my password. I took it to Switzer and they diagnosed what was wrong with it and cleaned the hard drive up for me. Its as good as new!! Thank God and Thank Switzer Enterprises!

You don't need to look any farther! Switzer has the customer service gene, PLUS good turnaround time and reasonable prices. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The techs call to explain the issues and suggest optimum resolutions. Switzer also has done remote problem solving for me when I've had issues with my computer or laptop. This a trustworthy company with extremely competent personnel. It doesn't get any better!
