I had to get a blood panel done and this is where I went. Unfortunately, the blood in one of the vials coagulated and I had to get my blood drawn again. I was told that was rare, but it does happen sometimes.
Anyway, the people are friendly enough and I got done what I needed to get done. I just wish I didn't have to get poked the extra time, but what can you do?

I have been using the location since summer 2015 mostly to my satisfaction. The two minor complaints I have is (1)the fact that they cannot seem to hold young female pediatric doctors very long before they leave for a competing health system (maybe better pay elsewhere?) and (2)as a Blue Shield member, Sutter Health does not check for you if something is covered by Blue Shield in advance, they leave that up to the Blue Shield member exclusively to research and bill you aggressively. If you get the insurance medical billing codes and take the time to understand the Blue Shield benefits before getting on-site medical care, you may get the service and billing you expect. Unfortunately you really have to watch what you say with the doctor or authorized medical staff, anything mildly outside of whatever subjects they cover in the agreement, they will bill you for. For myself personally I've had generally good experiences on actual medical care all that time up through this review on all topics from blood pressure, to recommended preventative maintenance and Dr. Bondoc who works there seems very accurate and timely who is my current doctor. The customer service seems also good and most of the staff is helpful if you are nice to them. NOTE, I am a former Kaiser Permanente multi-year customer who had some imperfect experiences and I have been more satisfied with Sutter/Blue Shield PPO system over the years versus Kaiser-Permanente as an HMO.

If negative stars were possible I would give them. Complete and total incompetence all the way stood for something as basic as birth control, I don't want to see how they could screw up something more serious. So be looking for a new Healthcare provider as soon as possible.

Doctors constantly leaving, so you cannot establish care with ANYONE. Those that do stay for the most part are mediocre. Sad to see. Go to Davis or Sacto if you need a specialist. Even Stanford...worth the drive.

Number one, just Google Sutter Health, and you’ll see that they’ve been ordered to pay $90M to settle Medicaire fraud lawsuit/allegation, and in 2019 settled for $575M for a separate lawsuit/allegation - I’ll let you read the reasons behind that one. All of that aside, the care I have received here is nothing short of illogical. Even reaching out to the “patient advocate” or whatever the official title is, was a joke. I was basically told to stop talking because the person I was talking with, “was the only one taking calls”. It had been about 8 mins or so of conversation and as we all know, medical issues and complaints can be very complex. I wish I could have my insurance company take Sutter off of their vendor list and the individual doctors could practice independently. I rarely encounter the level of incompetence that I have encountered when dealing with Sutter from top bottom.

Horrible management of the building, every department has their own guidelines, COVID restrictions are extremely ridiculous, can’t even be present for certain things as a visitor even if you’re fully vaccinated with proof.

Multiple cancelled appointments, each new one made with apologies and assurances that this time would be different. They even made me drive to multiple locations but not once did I get to see a doctor. If you can't fit someone in, they should be honest about it.

This is for the Lab only.... quest was a half hour wait, was promised by Janice and Liz I'd be out in 10 minutes, 7 minutes later I was headed to my truck. Very friendly and outgoing young ladies, excellent job sticking me (I barely felt it) and very professional. I will never go to quest again.
