Very helpful, caring people who worked hard to get our pictures and fonts correct in our eulogy. We received a great price and courteous service. I would definitely use them again for any printing services and general supplies and I recommend Staples.

Finding a convenient place that offers passport photos can be difficult. Staples provides this service in two ways - hard copy photos and digital photo on a flash drive, which is very useful when uploading photos via online applications. The process was quick and easy. Highly recommend the team at Vacaville, CA Staples! Thanks.

Thank you to the manager Jake! Our order wasn’t ready on time due to mechanical/printer issues but he and his team stayed behind past closing hours and got it done AND gave us a great deal. I really appreciate that he took care of us. Amazing customer service!!

Had a very poor experience at this Staples. Walked around for 20 minutes and didn’t get help. Then stood at the register to get help but the associate couldn’t leave the register. She called for her associates and they purposely ignored her. I stood there another 5 minutes and left after a line of 5 formed behind me. I doubt this store will last another year with or without my review.

We could only find 1 employee that was on their cell phone in the printing dept. We could not find what we needed, so we ordered it on Amazon for next day delivery. This may be why your store is doing poorly

Recently came in to have a bunch of papers shredded. I called before coming to make sure they had a shredder and to get pricing info. They weigh your papers first then charge $1.29 per pound which wasn't bad in my opinion being that some of these papers I've had for a decade and my little shredder at home would take forever. I had a total of 14lbs of papers that needed shredding. I was charged $18 ish dollars and thought that was a good deal. The employees there were helpful. You literally put your papers in a slot then pay. The shredder is locked so no one can get inside. Overall good experience and whenever I have a huge load like that again I'll be back to shred more.

The worst’s service ever, lady in the print area, was very arrogant and sarcastic, this employees at this store, don’t appreciate at all the customer anymore. If they don’t like Guest Service job, WHY THEY APPLY FOR IT!!!

I asked Manager Madi to help me print coupons that had been emailed to my iPhone. Reluctantly, she helped me and then sent me to a self service machine to follow the directions. I have no problem with any of that. However, she failed to mention that she had already emailed (Step 1) of the instructions. So that put me at step two. You can see why I had to ask her for additional help. She finally came over to the machine and walked me through the second & third steps. She informed me that she had also emailed one other coupon. With that information I was able to get through the second and third steps. She went back behind the print counter. Incidentally, there were only two customers in the store. My last question was could she walk me through Step 1. She turned me over to a nice young fella to help me print a third coupon. Unfortunately, after several tries he had to call Madi to complete the three steps. All she had to do was assist me when I first approached her. As a 80 year old (in 2024) I felt there could have been a little more compassion, not to mention basic respect for any customer. It's not like my era. I've owned several small businesses over the years. I know good help has always been hard to find. This manager did not represent Staples in a good way.

Went to staples for a obituary print job. The young guy that helped me was great. I told him what I needed, he set everything up and I paid. When I asked when it would be done, he said it would be done by 1:30, the next day. I returned the next day and the young lady that was there told me that she hadn't started the print job and it wasn't suppose to be done until the following evening. I told her it was suppose to be done by 1:30 that day. She then asks me do I want a refund. She didn't even TRY to work on my order, work something out or nothing. But if I would like a refund! Rude... Rude... Rude... instead of raising hell, like I wanted to. I took my refund and vowed to never shop at Staples again. Fed ex completed my Obituary order, with no problems!! That rude girl needs to be talked to!! God don't like ugly! Learn Customer Service to the girl working the print shop on August 2nd at 1:40pm!! I will pray for you!
