    I loved this place so conveniently located and I have to randomly test 4xs a month but today I walked up and sign said permanently closed I am so shocked and sad I adored Monique!!!

    Easy in, easy out. 15 minutes for a drug test and DOT physical. Idk why this place has so many negative reviews
