“If you’re heading to the Nike Factory Store at Vacaville Premium Outlets, you’re in for a pretty solid shopping experience. From the moment you walk in, it just feels like Nike—organized, clean, and stocked with tons of gear whether you’re after running shoes, athletic wear, or just browsing for a deal. We’ve come here several times and it rarely disappoints.
What really stands out is how friendly and helpful the team is. They’re always on the move, but not too busy to answer a question or point you in the right direction. Even during peak hours, they keep the line moving and stay cool under pressure. It’s nice to see a team that actually seems to enjoy being there.
There’s a good selection for men, women, and kids, and the outlet pricing means you can usually find a great deal, especially on last season’s items. Shoes are well-stocked, clothing is easy to browse, and there’s even space to test things out a bit if you’re picky about fit.
The only minor gripe? Sizes for popular items can go fast, so don’t wait if you see something you love. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to have a few more benches or try-on areas during weekends—but nothing major.
All in all, this is one of our go-to spots when we want top-tier athletic gear without paying full retail. If you’re anywhere near Vacaville, it’s worth the stop. Parking’s easy, service is great, and the store has everything you expect from Nike—plus a little extra hustle from the team.”

“Love Merrell shoes outlet! I will start with the store itself; it is clean, well-organized, and there is always someone there to welcome you. The service is always consistent and friendly. On our last two visits to the Vacaville Merrell's outlet, Jowan, the manager, has assisted us. He is helpful, patient, understanding, knowledgeable, and a great listener. He took care of us with such courtesy. When the size was not available in one color, he suggested trying the other color on for size, and then he called other stores to check availability. He found it at the Livermore store and arranged with them to ship it to our home at no cost to us! We were still able to take advantage of the BOGO offering, which is a great value. Very impressive and you are not rushed; take your time, make sure it's right seems to be the attitude... what a pleasure.”

“I have never been here before. I needed to return an online order. Could not do a exchange for whatever reason. But the gentleman was very helpful and kind and returned my shoes. I went just as they open so I'm pretty sure they were busy with their opening stuff but he said he would come check on me later. After he explained how the store was laid out and what the color of the boxes meant, I actually didn't really need any more help and found a great pair of shoes.
The only downside to this store is it's floor to ceiling shoes and someone who is 5'3 I was limited to what I could see, lucky me I wear a small size”

“If you love finding name-brand deals without digging through chaos, Nordstrom Rack delivers. This location is clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The moment you walk in, associates usually greet you or offer help as they pass by, which makes the shopping experience feel personal without being pushy.
There’s always something worth grabbing, especially those items you’ve had your eye on but held off buying due to price. Once it hits the rack, it’s a wrap. The rotation of inventory keeps it fresh and fun to browse.
Lines move quickly, and while you might catch a short wait on a busy day, they keep it efficient. The store isn’t loud or overwhelming, and the service is consistently friendly. Plenty of surprise markdowns show up in every section, from clothing to home goods.
The only downside is the shoe section, which can look a little rough later in the day after people dig through it. A bit more upkeep there would help, but it’s not a deal breaker. There were no trip hazards the day I went, and overall, it still felt safe and manageable.

“My husband and I recently visited the Factory Stores in Vacaville in search for pickleball shoes for both of us. We went to several of the shoe stores in the outlets and we were surprised and disappointed at the lack of knowledge and eagerness to help displayed by the sales folks.
Ready to call it a day and go home empty-handed, my husband suggested we check out Skechers. We were greeted by Andrew, who proceeded to show us where to find the apparently much-elusive pickleball shoes. We spent quite a bit of time at the store as my husband was also looking for regular shoes. We called on Andrew a number of times to help bring shoes up from the higher shelves or to check the inventory to see if they had the shoes in my husband's difficult-to-find shoe size and he never once displayed other than a professional, cheerful attitude.
My concept of Skechers has changed completely based on my interaction with Andrew. Amazing what a difference one person can make! Thanks so much, Andrew. Keep it up.”
