“I like Cole Haan shoes. It is comfortable and durable. I have always check out their stores, outlets, or when I see them in the department stores. But this review is for this outlet store in Vacaville. This outlet store has more open spaces than most of the other Cole Haan outlet stores in the other outlet mall. I have found more seating available for shoes tryout and I like the layout of this store. This one is wider than a lot of the other Cole Haan stores which are very deep and dividing by multiple sections. This store in Vacaville is all opened in one big area with the cashier counter right in the center of the store. I don't have an oppressive feeling when I'm shopping in this store. The employees here are also more attentive and friendly. They will take the initiative to help. The last good thing about this store is they appear to have more sizes available. I can found my size a little easier here. I have a good shopping experience in the store.”

“The Under Armour Outlet in Vacaville Premium Outlets is one of the biggest stores in the outlet shopping center. The store is new and has a nice layout. The merchandise is very well displayed and reasonably priced. The employees are helpful and attentive. They have a line in front of the checkout counter often, but it is moving fast.”
“So this was our first time to Vans outlet. Upon arrival we were greeted promptly and with kindness. Jake was our cashier and we got to talking a bit with Jake. Everyone that worked at Vans treated us great. Got help from several different associates. Ended up buying four pairs of shoes and two hats. Only went to Vans for one pair that my puppy chewed up. They were brand new. Thanks to everyone who made our shopping experience awesome. Prices are what they are. But I did get some great deals as they had hats and shoe deals.”

“Excellent selection of men’s shoes size 13 and size 14. So many in fact I had too many options to choose from which is rare for someone of my shoe size. Prices could’ve been slightly cheaper. For the shoes pictured they were between $94 and $114.
Did not interact with customer service. But they all appeared friendly. Restrooms in back in women’s section located by the miscarriage dress section.”
“I can’t help but share today I visited the Vacaville outlet new balance store my son is autistic and I was feeling super overwhelmed and was approached by the store manager denise who was not only helpful but kind and patient and more knowledgeable than I could have ever hoped for I also was helped by a girl named Ana who was so amazing with my son and they made sure he was calm and comfortable while trying on multiple shoes we finally found a pair that made him comfortable i can’t thank them enough as a single mom nothings more stressful than feeling lost and having questions and nobody wanting to help they’re beyond amazing and I couldn’t be more happy thanks again girls we will be back soon”

“Love my crocs but this time they did not have my size. We did get my granddaughter some and she loved them and has worn them every day. We also got her four of those cute buttons for her crocs but she lost them before we got them out of the box. Never let a three yr old carry items in from the store. Lesson learned”
“My granddaughter and I shopped here today. Mason was the sales clerk. He helped us with the selections of gifts for the family, we went in for one item and ended up buying quite a few more items. Mason suggested some stocking stuffers and we took his advice. Mason rang up the purchases offered separate gift receipts and asked if we would like boxes and tissue paper. Other stores don't offer it, but we appreciated the value and quality of the Work World merchandise and the excellent customer service offered by Mason. The sales items we bought were of great value.”

“Love the fit and quality of White House Black Market slacks and suits. They sell petite and varied styles of slacks, dresses, jackets, sweaters, camisoles and more. Dressing rooms are carpeted and welcoming. Staff has pointed out coupons and discounts to me as well. I always get compliments wearing my White House Black Market suit jackets. Great outlet prices too. Under $20? Yes!”
“Wish they had more selection, but understand it's an outlet and they get what they get! You can send in any of your old north face gear here to either be repaired or you will get store credit!”

“My husband and I recently visited the Factory Stores in Vacaville in search for pickleball shoes for both of us. We went to several of the shoe stores in the outlets and we were surprised and disappointed at the lack of knowledge and eagerness to help displayed by the sales folks.
Ready to call it a day and go home empty-handed, my husband suggested we check out Skechers. We were greeted by Andrew, who proceeded to show us where to find the apparently much-elusive pickleball shoes. We spent quite a bit of time at the store as my husband was also looking for regular shoes. We called on Andrew a number of times to help bring shoes up from the higher shelves or to check the inventory to see if they had the shoes in my husband's difficult-to-find shoe size and he never once displayed other than a professional, cheerful attitude.
My concept of Skechers has changed completely based on my interaction with Andrew. Amazing what a difference one person can make! Thanks so much, Andrew. Keep it up.”
“This shoe palace has a variety of items. When I walked in there was lots of clothing and it was an open floor plan. It’s very cold inside since they have the AC on blast so if you cool down, this is a great place to come. But if you want to get help, this is not the best place to come. I guess it’s because the items are so desirable and they pretty much sell them selves that the employees don’t feel the need to work. we actually had to ask the Employee if they even work there even though I saw shoe Palace on their shirt they didn’t seem interested in getting our shoe but did anyway my daughter loves her shoes so we bought them because it was a good price and she really liked the shoe and to be honest with you. We are actually kind of used to the service in the city where there’s lots of people there was not a lot of people at this location. Would I come back… not for me, but probably for my daughter and it’s right by the Tesla supercharger so it’s a nice little stop to get some free ac! A hello or a thank you next time would be nice.”

“I give Fleet Feet 5/5 because the customer service was excellent, even with how busy it was. I had a scheduled appointment for shoe sizing and insoles and ended up spending about two hours there trying on different shoes, getting my feet properly sized and picking an insole. Despite my limited knowledge about shoes and how they should feel, Scott was incredibly helpful and patient. He worked with the small amount of information I could provide and ultimately found shoes that feel just right for me.”
