We lived at Sandpiper for a year while we were searching for a new home. It was a wonderful community and the staff in the office were very very friendly! It’s pet friendly which was ideal for us. The pool was a great way to cool off in the summers and not too busy either! The gym is small but they make do with the space they have. The secure package room was perfect. There was a burglary in the Mailbox room but that was by NO MEANS a regular thing. It is across the street from a school but It really wasn’t too hard to deal with plus there’s tons of great stores nearby! You have to try Burrito Palace’s breakfast burritos! Sandpiper does hit you with a few charges at move out but it’s pretty standard stuff. Definitely tour the place and give it a chance to win your heart over!

I wanna give a S/O Jose the maintenance man I called the emergency line on a Saturday and he came within 20 mins.. and was polite and super fast.. the office staff & maintenance crew is so awesome here!! Thanks Jose ??

These apartments were promising but they have not delivered. Don't feel comfortable taking the trash out alone due to the constant wave of non-resident/homeless rooting in the dumpsters or even being IN the dumpsters. Packages disappear regularly, and very quickly, so I have to have them delivered to a friends house. At night there is constant loud noise and strong smells of weed and cigarette smoke that comes in the apartment. Management is not helpful in my experience and we feel like there has been retaliation from management when we have complained. The most recent reasons for feeling anxious about living here is coming out of my apartment to go to work and seeing cars that have had all 4 tires stolen at night. This can be verified with pictures on the local community groups on social media. I wish I was joking. We are definitely looking to move soon.

Had a wonderful experience living with Sequoia property management at Sandpiper Village in Vacaville.
Reasons for my 5-star feedback:
1.) the property is well kept and always looks nice!
2.) the basketball hoop, tennis court, pool & hot-tub served it’s purpose for my wife and son to enjoy
3.) the property staff and maintenance crew are excellent, extremely accommodating, fast & friendly!
4.) they also added EV charging which added additional convenience and saved time from charging away from home (more time with family)

Sandpiper Village have been a great Community for me and my family I have been staying here for about 4 years and I love it it's a great community Miss Rosie and Miss Danielle are amazing the maintenance guys are great when things are not working they tend to take care of my needs right away they're always patient and very helpful I really enjoy my community and the village that we have established I would recommend this community apartment complex to anyone they will give you A1 customer service the hospitality is phenomenal in kindness is always given this is truly a community of Village and kindness

If we could have stayed, we would.Me and my wife lived here for 1 year and had to relocate. The women at the front desk were always professional & friendly,parking was always available,the area is quiet and safe,The maintenance was extremely fast. Repairs were fixed within the hour of putting in a request,And the amenities were always clean and full of space.Hands down the best apartment complex we have ever stayed in.

The Sandpiper staff is so friendly and welcoming. The complex is a safe environment especially as a young single woman that is super important. The complex is clean and constantly maintained, if they are able to contact you due to unforeseen circumstances such as towing of your car they will make sure to contact you. The staff know you by name and ensure you are taken care of within the unit. I especially enjoyed working with Danielle and Jose. A perfect balance of professionalism and personal care provided by the staff. So glad I was able to live here for a year. Unfortunately I was unable to extend my lease due to moving out of the country. I definitely recommend moving into the complex, you will not regret it!

Danielle and Rosie made my moving in process super quick and easy. Danielle made me feel very comfortable and reassured me that its safe at night. It's very quiet and everyone is nice here. Definitely recommend if you are looking to move.

Leaving a copy of my other review as a warning again now in time. Excuse the email name, I haven’t been able to change it for a long time now on this account) but do NOT rent at this apartment complex. A majority of the reviews here are good but more than likely fake, check Yelp reviews for a more accurate look. This place made me a lease holder when I applied as an occupant with someone I was dating without my permission and then they sent me the apartments debt. These people will lie to your face. Rosie, Jessica, Oquioa the property manager. Everyone. I now owe thousands of dollars in collections because this place told me “everyone needs to sign the lease even if you’re an occupant” while I was 19 years old with no job and no money. They didn’t even check my ID because I wasn’t the one who was supposed to be the lease holder, I didn’t even pay any rent it wasn’t my apartment at all. They’ve also refused to send me our rental application because they don’t want to show that I did in fact apply as an occupant. Do not trust these people they are all putting on a nice act and it’s extremely convincing. They pretty much laughed in my face and acknowledged that they know what they did to me but won’t do anything about it. Check Yelp and look elsewhere. Rosie, Jessica and oquioa are all extremely bad and manipulative people.

I’ve been living at Sandpiper for 1 year and a half and I truly love it here. All the places inside the complex is very clean and all the staff are friendly and do their job with perfection. Every time I needed them to fix something in my apartment, the job was done next day. I recommend Sandpiper Village to everyone.

Danielle was incredible in helping me prepare for my move and move in! She went out of her way to help with packages and the whole team made sure I was satisfied with my new apartment. Danielle gave me countless phone/FaceTime tours of the apartment as I was out of town and then a walk through in person before I moved in too. Very excited to live in this community. Everyone seems great!

I went for a vacation for 3 weeks and I needed someone to water my plants while I'm away. Rosie the Apartment Manager was so nice and told me that " No worries we are going to water your plants and take care of them while you enjoy your vacation!" Sure enough when I came back from my vacation , I saw my plants looks so healthy and fresh. All the staff helped in watering my plants as scheduled. I can never thank everyone enough for doing such a great job! I really appreciate the extra services that Sandpiper Village Staff do to make their tenants satisfied and happy! Good job guys!
