Whoever does the calling of potential employees or hiring could be more professional in their job. Someone named Jerome called someone I know last week for potential job. They said they would call back the following day between 10am-12 pm. No phone call ever happened. But when she calls him , he isn't there. Could have at least called and gave her a chance. Not email and said that they moved on in the process. Very unprofessional of him and anyone involved with hiring

It’s great to have warehouse store options in town and Sam’s is one of them. Sam’s offers great discounts on many products sold in bulk. It also has a cafe with plenty of options to make the whole family happy. It also has plenty of clothing options.

Sam’s Club in Vacaville is next to the Vacaville Premium Outlets. It becomes a very convenient place to shop for groceries, snacks, and drinks after the outlet's shopping.
This Sam’s Club is slightly bigger than most Sam’s Clubs in Sacramento. It carries more items than the Sam’s Club I usually shop in Sacramento. So I always stop by here after the shopping trip in the Vacaville Premium Outlets.

This one star is for the tire center. I had purchased my tires at this location. The price was great just don't expect good customer service. I had a flat tire and was able to get to the store 35 minutes before closing. There was knowbody at the tire counter. Another employee finally located the person. At this point it was 5 minutes later. G arrived and told me that they could not help me. He stated that I needed to get a tow truck and tow my car home then tow it back. This was because they are short staffed on the weekends. He also said the next day they were booked for appointments and he could not guarantee my tire gets fixed. It could take all day and might not happen at all. Then I would have to tow my car again.... I have never had a tire shop turn me away during an emergency situation. The lack of care and customer service that G provided was shocking. I would rather pay more elsewhere and have good customer service in a emergency. Sam's Club should consider having more staff on the weekends when they are busy. As well as customer service training for employees since this is an obvious problem.

I wouldnt recommend coming here for groceries unless your groceries include- junk food, frozen foods and soda. Costco has a healthier selection and about $1 cheaper. Employees were nice so I give 3 stars. I was a bit disgusted by the amount of carts piled high with junk grocery items.

This review is specifically for an employee. I was shopping with my disabled husband, which is difficult enough. Long story short, I was trying to get a heavy bottle (4 gallons I believe) into my car while dealing with my husband. The bottle broke and water was leaking. I was going to leave it behind and drive away. Rafaela saw my struggle. She told me to wait in my car and she would be right back with a new bottle. Her kindness almost made me cry. She went completely out of her way to take care of me. I'm only sorry that I couldn't tell her just how much her kindness was appreciated. All I could do was say Thank you.

Easily one of my favorite stores especially with doing pick up orders. I can easily order online the night before and pick up my order the next day without having to get out of the car. They are usually fast and efficient. Iyiu just have to make sure you have good quality items as some of the pickings of veggies aren't always great but they will refund you if you have any issues, On the occasions I do go inside to shop the lines are never too long and I love the self checkout. It's my one stop shop for food and gas

I really like Sam's Club. I always do the Scan and Go app. No need to wait in line. Very convenient! I also love the curbside pick up. The only thing I didn't like one time I was doing curbside pick up is that customers who are not waiting for their groceries just park there and leave their car. It leaves us no parking. Otherwise, scan and go and curbside pick up are one of the best features Sam's Club has to offer. Oh let's not forget getting in super early with premium membership. That's always nice when I wanna knock out errands after dropping off my kids to school.
