Swap meet with security. We are all for low prices. But we would appreciate it a lot better if the store was more organized and the isles were wider to be able to fit our wheelchairs down the isles and conveniently with the other customers. The staff was not very friendly and they are clearly burned out from retail overload., you may not bring any of the baskets out into the parking lot as they have a huge pole that prevents you from taking the shopping baskets out of the store. We can’t tell you what a nightmare this was for our customers who use a wheelchair or walker and have limited to mobility but still have to shop. In an attempt to balance mobility and get their items out of the store one of the customers who uses a walker almost fell. The security guard advised that he is not able to leave the store and help her to the car. This was very disappointing.

Hit or miss, lately the goods have been very cheap and prices have been mediocre. Marshalls is much better in my opinion.

As soon as i walked into the store today with my 13 year old nephew the lady at the front with the loss prevention vest looked at him then me and told to me "make sure he's paying for everything" i got so uncomfortable and angry that she would profile us like that. It is embarrassing and did not make us feel good at all. That is so wrong to treat paying customers like thieves. Shame on you Ross for hiring a person that greets you like this. Makes you not want to spend a dime in there. WONT BE BACK!!

I love the Ross store in Vacaville. Because they have self check out which is fantastic. Merchandise is as good as always. No complaints for me

The other day I went in to grab some holiday stuff and literally loss prevention was told to follow me through the headset each aisle I went to they were right there . When I finally got done with the shopping one of the loss prevention woman stood right by me watching my transaction. I didn’t feel comfortable or welcomed at all once my transaction was finished the same loss prevention woman checked my receipt and voiced off on her headset that I was done shopping! Like what has this world come to?! I can’t shop in peace or enjoy my experience without being racially profiled . Loss prevention needs to chill not everyone who is POC goes into the store to steal! We make 90% of the sales and to have some nerve to assume is wild
