We recently purchased a used vehicle from Ron DuPratt Ford and had a very positive experience with the overall process. No high pressure sales and took all the time needed to discuss concerns and questions on the purchase. Would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle from them in the future and feel comfortable that they would stand behind you if any issue were to arise.

Less than a year ago I bought a used car from them for my daughter. Overall the sales experience from their team was great, efficient and courteous. While I thought we purchased a reliable used car it turned into an expensive headache for my daughter and I. While I opted out of any extra warranties, I assumed their 150+ point inspection and 90 day warranty would suffice. A day after making the purchase I did a once over of the car and I noticed that the coolant was extremely low and assumed it was an oversight. Their relationship with QuickWay was convenient and they put in “several” gallons of coolant. Seemed a bit odd to me but it was a used car after all. Literally at day 95 (warranty expired now) and only a few hundred miles later, I found the same issue and an actual coolant leak. Completely missed on their inspection and I should’ve looked into it further after we bought it. My daughter literally only drove the car to/from school a mile each way for a few months. I reached out to the manager (Eric, I believe) who was condescending and unwilling to work with me or graciously offer a courtesy repair, diagnosis, or anything to keep us as future customers. While I understood it was 5 days past their warranty, she literally only drove it a few hundred miles. Not enough to cause a new cracked radiator, something that was previously known likely if they did such a 150 point inspection. Rather frustrated and annoyed, $1000 later the car was fixed out of pocket from me and no thanks to Eric or Ron DuPratt. Will not recommend them for any purchase in the future for any friends or family. Again, the rest of the staff are great, just not the manager. He also had the audacity to state that “we don’t know how your daughter drives once she’s off the lot and hits a curb or something.”

If you want to leave a car lot in a car, pull up in whatever you pull up in, and Debbie will make sure you pull off in a better situation & mind set you came will. 1000/1000 recommend. Never thought I’d be driving a 2024!

Overall a good experience purchasing my new f150. There was a bit of a mixup on one thing but once we figured it out the salesperson, manager, and finance person bent over backwards to make it right. I appreciate small town customer service and I’ll probably be a repeat customer.

I found that the customer service was excellent. Kimberly Rodriguez was my Saleswoman and she found the exact vehicle I was looking for. When I was unsure about my purchase she answered all my questions great. Also Eric helped me on my test drives and was honest with me about everything. I 10/10 recommend this dealership.
