Great place. Amazing deals. Call ahead if you are looking for something in exactnesss. Staff is super nice They have a lot of 1-off pieces so not much in quantity of the same items though. Good prices.

Over priced for damaged goods, 4 grand for water damaged and miscolored products. Who the hell asked 2 grand for a plain table that was made of cedar when they are no more than 200$ online. Disgraceful

I visted twice in a week. The first time I saw something intriguing, then came back to get it. The store was clean, with reasonable aisles. Sales staff super helpful, and then they carefully wrapped up my 6 chairs and loaded them into my car.

Very expensive for cheap furniture that is mostly composite or resin wood. Most product is being made in a 3rd world county which is very cheap labor. Compare labor cost to profits. Style of furniture is nice, but quality is poor.

I have not been here in a few years, since they were at their older location in the outlets. The new location is much larger than their previous space and they have a very large selection of furniture. However, it seems they had a much smaller selection of decor and accessories compared to their older location.

This is the largest RH outlet in Northern California and also the busiest. They get deliveries on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, so you'll see new items on these days or the day after, it all depends if they have enough space to put the new items out. Items sell very quickly here, so be sure to put items on hold if you're interested. They can hold items up to two hours. Most items are at least 50% off, but some are not. Some items with no damage have to be on the floor for 90-180 days before they go on clearance.However, every store has their own practices for discounting, so you never know. If you are serious about an item, have them check the item because sometimes an item is marked down, but they have not had a chance to mark the tags yet. You have to arrange your own pick up and they can give you up to two days to figure it out. The folks here can check their inventory to see if other stores have more of an item you are looking for, but they won't know the condition of the item or the price of it, you'd have to call the stores directly to get that info. I have always been greeted when I have come to this store, and the customer service has been great. Sabina is the store manager, and she's the rock star that is always actively overseeing everything at the store.
