I have a Samsung Galaxy Book Flex laptop that I've had for years. I love it very much and was very upset when the laptop screen broke from the hinges. I brought it in and they were able to order a new part and replace the screen. The piece ordered is original from Samsung and the touchscreen/s-pen still works like new!
They did a fantastic job and were very friendly and patient throughout the entire process. Will definitely be returning if any of my other electronics need fixing!

My phone was returned to me with a new battery in less than 2 hours. Claudia had no issues with it. I was very happy to get this repair done. Shantae and Claudia make a great team. Customer service is genuine and I know that if I have any questions about this repair they will happily assist me again. Very happy to have found them.
