“I’ve been looking for a place to rent for a few months now and I have a pretty good idea of how the property management thing works. You apply, pay credit check fees for each adult, wait to see if you are chosen, then, if not chosen, you try again. When i saw a newly listed home on Link and Link I hopped on it, unfortunately I applied too late, there were lots of apps in front of me, and again, another home slipped through my fingers. All that to say, I was pleasantly surprised when our credit check fees were refunded to us days after applying. Jeff understood that the house hunting game is expensive, and quickly offered a refund. My husband and I were very appreciative for the return of our $80. Now it’ll be put towards the next application. Thank you guys for your integrity.”
