I bought a gift card to send to my daughter and one of their employees intercepted the card info and spent every last penny on it. Needless to say nobody will cooperate in helping me recover my lost funds, $500 to be exact.

Huge lack of expertise and knowledge. Broker who owns business could careless about your real estate needs. Very sketchy and unprofessional agents who will completely mislead you in the wrong direction. Everything we were told was incorrect. They absolutely do not know the real estate business. Do your research.

I was told this by my remax agent that the pool I was buying was in wonderful condition and there is nothing major all minor problems and that the pool inspector said how beautiful the pool was . I have this in text messages I have saved. My pool was severely damaged and had repairs made to it and I have a 18,000 bill. They turned there backs and walked off. Protect yourself believe no one . Do your own checks.This company should be ashamed to sell structures like this . Neighborhood specialist? I dont think so.
