The person who repairs my bike was super nice and cool. The problem I had was the person in the front was extremely rude and seen personally offended I didn’t know much about bike. I bought a bike to work out and get around. I don’t know specifically other than it get me to point a to b. Even when I pick up my bike, he was rude Altho some else was already helping me

These guys are great. Awesome shop, down to earth, and great customer service. They get to the point, explain changes they recommend to ensure rider safety and don't upsell you on junk you don't need. Great shop and a great bunch of guys doing something they seem to love

Recently moved to Vacaville for work and had read great reviews about this shop. It was one of my first shops I visited in hopes of getting mine and my wife’s bikes serviced and will definitely be the last time I go. Upon arrival both my wife and I were profiled immediately by one of the workers and were treated like shop lifters being followed throughout the store every step of the way despite other customers being in the store. When asked if they serviced electric bikes (my wife is a disabled veteran and our way of biking together is with her Blix electric bike) the worker rudely said they don’t touch any “mail order bikes” without even asking for the name or brand. I do not know if this is an isolated event or if other customers have experienced similar treatment but they will not be getting any further business from myself or my wife

Great customer service. They helped me to pick up the bike, test it, add additional equipment that I asked for. Would recommend to anyone.

The staff was very friendly. They listened to my concerns about my bike and we able to troubleshoot the issue quickly. I could not have been happier and I will be being all of my repair needs to them moving forward.

The place is awesome, I just moved into town and needed a great LBS and this place is it. Love chatting with Steve anytime i'm up there the guy is fun to talk to. I even told one of my buddies to drive to this bike shop to purchase a new bike instead of one closer to him lol.

I appreciate how helpful the employees are and how they didn't look down on me for not knowing anything about bikes. It was also reassuring that they didn't try to up-sell me or sell me stuff I didn't need, but they did know all about the accessories that I wanted and recommend some accessories for a first time rider after I asked
