The amount of commitment that this store has to their craft is surely noticed by all who visit! Every time I come through, day or night, it is clean, tidy, well-kept and fronted, very well! It’s such a wonderful asset to our community and we will surely be in, often!

Raleys bakery Dept in Vacaville,Ca. is the worst grocery store bakery I have ever called .The staff is super rude .I called for help on August 20 2024 @ aprox 2:30 pm the lady that answered was super rude and acted like I was a bother she put the phone down so hard my ear rang .Then the 2nd lady that got on the phone was even worse,I called Safeway on Harbison Ave and said exactly what I said to the lady I was trying to order cupcakes from at Raley’s and was not told to be quiet was not told they would not do this or that or “excuse me you are not understanding me it will not look good.”Ahh yeah it will I used to decorate for a living .I called Safeway and said is there any way you can have 30 cupcakes made by tomorrow and can you spray paint for a girl put sprinkles on and a pick or a ring if possible on each cupcake.The reply “one moment ma’am let me check “came back said “no problem what time would you like to pickup 8:30 okay let me give you the total ma’am “have a great day battabing DONE…Thank you Safeway

I just opened a brand new package of sergentos sliced cheddar cheese and it had mold all over it, so gross. I am sick and tired of getting groceries that are already expired from this store, even though the item reads that it isn't past expiration. This is not acceptable by any means. I am disgusted that you can't manage your store better. Maybe you should hire more age appropriate full-time workers, so that way the work there gets done correctly and within the guidelines of the public health department.

Not a bad thing to say about this store. Its clean, the people are nice, and a great selection of what I need.

Prices are consistently inflated beyond the local average.
I have found staff at the self checkout rude and often busy talking with other staff members.
The phone app is not reliable when inside the store due to poor phone reception.
The self checkout area was dirty and not well maintained.
The produce section was one of the highest marked up areas with vegetables re handeled to remove signs of age plus "local produce" not really in evidence.
