The shop is furnished with class and it is easy to search for clothing or accessories. The staff is courteous and always available to resolve doubts.

I noticed that multiple employees were needed to straighten hangers on a rack in close proximity to where my 70 year old mother and I were shopping. Meanwhile, my husband on the other side of the store, who is a different race than my mother and I, was left alone to shop peacefully. Interesting, no? Shame on this establishment.

Atilla is the Store Manager and she is FABULOUS! She was super helpful. She helped me get the best deal. She was kind and friendly despite the store being super busy. She didn't rush me or make me feel pressured in any way. There was a variety of Christmas items and Polo Bears (the bears are my faves)! Lots of good deals right now due to Black Friday. Look for Atilla if you're shopping at the store, for sure she will provide you excellent customer service! The items at Ralph Lauren are good quality!

saw an employee(perhaps she was one of the managers) harassing the Fedex employees delivering their shipment. Middle aged Caucasian female I don't know her name, perhaps Karen? don't understand how somebody so rude and terrible could be allowed to work around people. shame on Polo!

I don't know what happened to this store, it used to be a wonderful place to shop but now I'm never coming back. I definitely recommend the Napa store. Earlier this week, I go in to look at some shirts and this rude blonde woman named Ashlee came up to me and wouldn't leave me alone. When I asked for personal space she scuffed and walked away. I kindly grabbed a shirt for my husband and walked up to the counter. This woman looked like she didn't want to be there because she just rolled her eyes at me and walked away. I asked to speak to a manger and she ignored me. She rudely went over to her employees and started laughing while looking at me. A bunch of bullies in my opinion. When I asked again for a manager she just stared at me and walked away again! I threw the shirt on the counter and walked out of the store Never coming back here ever again. Oh last but not least she smelled horrible! If you work in a professional place, hygiene would be a priority no?Terrible customer service And a bunch of bitches. 0 star rating! Do better!

Please don't walk around the store and follow me.. I was made to feel real uncomfortable while trying to shop.. first a guy came by me and acted like he was coming to fold clothes that we're already folded.. then I watch a girl slide by with a smirk on her face an act like she was checking on a coat.. I walked out after this.. I will keep my money Ralph!
