Like some other reviewers, I made the monumental mistake of ordering from the Alamo location today, and now realize how incredibly good we have it at the Monte Vista location!We have been ordering here for years. The employees here are kind, friendly, and hard-working. The store is always clean, and the food always on-point! Thank you for providing excellent customer service.

Food is good but ordering on the website SUCKS!!!!! HOPE THEY MAKE IT MORE USER FRIENDLY SO I DONT HAVE TO CALL AND BOTHER THE STAFF TO TAKE SUCH A SIMPLE ORDER.

Papa Murphys used to be good and affordable. Like everything else, they've gone up. $95 for 4 family size pizzas. 1 cheese, 1 combo, 1 cowboy, 1 chicken mediterranean. Oh well...?

I walked into this store today to buy a Triple Play that was being advertised in the window. I walked into a very clean store that was air conditioned and three employees that were ready to take my order. While they made my order, I told them about a recent and concerning visit to the Alamo location. I asked if they were affiliated with that store and they replied no. You can definitely tell this owner of this store cares about the quality of food, appearance of his store and its employees. The guys there today were helpful, efficient and super friendly. I had my pizza in less than 10 minutes. I enjoyed being treated like a customer that mattered. I'll definitely be back and giving my business to store on Monte Vista. Great experience. Night and day from the Alamo one last week.

Just saying, I've never even considered one of these pies because, well, i didn't want to wait ADDITIONAL time for it to bake AFTER they brought it to my house. WHAT AN IDIOT!! COOK IT YOURSELF!! It is PIPING HOT and fresh and the smell and frankly, it only takes 12 minutes - pre-heat the oven once you've ordered so it goes straight from packaging to oven to plate in 12.3 minutes! Everything was delicious - we ordered original crust. Crispy outside, great chew inside, toppings perfect. We also ordered thin crust which we put on pizza stone - came out crisp with a bit of a snap. Ordered some desserts and those were outstanding as well. I'm pretty sure this is our new favorite pizza delivery!!

Sometimes you don't realize how good a location truly is until you place an order at a different one. The Papa Murphy's on E Monte Vista in Vacaville deserves every bit of five stars... my order is always correct, on time, and the employees are very friendly. I placed an order to another location (Alamo) today because I was on that side of town and boy do I regret everything about it. I will absolutely go out of my way to come back to the E Monte Vista location in the future!!

We have always had great service at this location. Tonight we ordered our regular pizza and salads. We were shorted on dressing. We did not getextra Canadian bacon, olives. Unfortunately I felt like I was ordering from the Alamo location which needs to be shut down!

Really appreciate how the staff at the Monte Vista location represents themselves, all wearing there uniforms, apron, gloves and masks. Top notch cleanliness. Keep up the good work!
