Wendy is always so kind, happy and helpful. I love being able to walk here and drop off my packages and now that I need a mailbox for my small business I am choosing to rent through PakMail vs USPS because of my service experience here.

The staff here is always very nice and helpful. Even with simple things they're willing to lend a hand. Needed a clear pouch to go on the outside of a box in prep for international shipment and they provided one no questions asked. Didn't ask for a dime. I'm sure they're free, but seems like nothing is these days. I will always come here for my shipping and packing needs. Even if I need a roll of tape, this is my first stop. It may not be the cheapest roll in town but we need to support our local shops. Especially the great ones like this.

I love using Pak mail, so quick and easy. I will never go to the post office again! Pak mail provides fast and reliable service, and I can ship packages without using my private residence as a returns address, I love it!
