Nugget Markets is a higher end, full-service grocer in Vacaville that has been operating for decades. It offers a great selection of conventional and specialty products, including exceptional produce, outstanding meats, a large variety of artisanal cheeses, and a bakery with the best sourdough. The store provides rare items, special treats, and features a deli, bakery, and juice bar. The store is consistently busy but keeps lines short with many checkers. Most staff are described as friendly, helpful, kind, and polite, and the store is clean. A common point across reviews is that prices are high, a tad bit high, pricey, or expensive, ranging from an understandable upcharge to very costly. While most experiences are good, there have been occasional service issues at the juice bar regarding order accuracy and staff attitude.
