Went in earlier today and spoke to Chris about financing a Tacoma having no credit. I was in and out within and hour and a half max at a reasonable price, amazing service, and an even greater Toyota Tacoma! Would absolutely recommend visiting this awesome dealership. Chris is for surely a honest and straight up businessman. 10/10

I used the Carfinder features on Chris' website to tell him what I was looking for and he emailed me back promptly with a car he had in stock that matched my criteria. He was always very prompt and pleasant with phone and email correspondence, both before and after the sale. I felt like I got the vehicle I was looking for and for a fair price. Chris also streamlined all the paperwork so the purchase took very little time and he was also prompt in getting things to the DMV for me. If you're in the market for a used vehicle I would definitely give Chris a call.

Not your usual untrustworthy or shady dealership here. Chris had a vehicle that I liked. It was a great deal. Our buying process was smooth and easy. Did we have any hiccups? Sure, but UNLIKE other dealers who say you bought it, you deal with it, Chris worked with me through them. He actually went further then he had to and helped me NOT get ripped off by the service department of another dealership. It's always hard to trust people when you are making such a large purchase, but Chris earned my trust through this process. I have a family member who will be looking for a car soon and they are going to come to see Norcal Automart due to watching the experience I had. Thanks for a good experience, Chris. Even with the "bumps in the road" I got a great deal on a nice car.

If you need a car. And want a trust worthy. Dealership then NorCal AutoMart is the place to go. I went in and found a car i liked i had been without a car for over 2 years. I had a certain amount of cash on me but was waiting for the rest. I left with my car that day with the promise. To pay the remainder within a monrh . Well a month came and went and. My money still hadnt. Came . usually you will get your car repoed if you havent made a payment in over a month but not here they were so understanding and patient with me .and not once threatened me or. Gave. Me ultimatums or demands of payment. They were so kind i have never encountered a dealership like this in my life... I finally paid it off in 2 months. . i recommend them to everyone . i wish i could give them 10 stars . Thank You so much for getting me back on the road norcal and treating me so kind you showed me that kindness is still alive in this world we live in. . i am a very happy customer... SO GO TO NORCAL AUTO MART. FOR YOUR NEXT CAR YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Chris was rude after he didn't like the starting price I gave. After which he didn't answer my questions that were in the same email. He just said "good luck".
