Simple, fast, and stress free experience. I live 2.5 hours away and spoke with Eric. He sent me all the information, photos and videos of vehicle I needed. Eric had me set up to pick up the vehicle the same day, hassle free! The team had our vehicle up front, freshly washed and ready to go when we arrived. Literally sat there for 5 minutes to sign paperwork and we were out the door. Thanks to Eric and the team. Definitely recommend!

Shady dealings. Sold us a car with a battery a brand that AAA has never seen. The car started struggling and AAA also said you MUST put the correct battery in, basic knowledge and also NISSAN didn't install the required bracket to hold the battery in place.
We also had our make/model dealership look the car over and separately and they found leaks. When we called this Nissan to discuss they immediately started diminishing the quality of the car we traded in (???) 1) It was a single owner with impeccable maintenance records 2) Nissan looked it over and chose to trade and 3) that car is irrelevant to shady and dangerous corner cutting of this car.
All trust in integrity lost.

very disappointing selling car experience. They just set a price only a tiny little higher than the carmax and even don’t look at your car??they give me an offer even without going out the store to look at the car, very “professional”?? Also we have double checked with them about the highest offer whether they can reach, and the thing is they just cheat us to come and even don’t do a inspection??

I assured my buddy in buying a new car he picked up a 2023 Nissan rouge the buying process was simple and easy Id definitely recommend this location we drove over an hour just to get to this specific dealer and it was totally worth the trip for the experience they treated us very well here. I was super embarrassed and emotional when I first brought my car in. I had my new pathfinder for less than a month and I hit a curb and needed a new rim & tire. John was so kind and put me at ease, assuring me everything would be okay and get worked out and in fact it did. He was able to get all of the parts overnighted needed to fix my car and had me fixed up in no time. The service included a free hand car wash and the techs used seat covers so they didn’t get my seats dirty. I liked the free coffee station and comfy waiting area.
My ONLY complaint is that they had the music playing really loud in the waiting lobby as well as the TV playing with my favorite show on (law and order SVU) and it was annoying because I couldn’t focus on one sound.

Nick and David were both so helpful in explaining everything that was going on with my car. He was fair in how the finances were handled and I felt as though I was in good hands. While I waited I was checked on and kept up to date on the progress of my car. The whole team is amazing even the guys that had to shuttle me around. Thank you

I was actually very impressed with how Jeff handled the situation with my Murano and also showed me what to expect in the future.
There are a number of issues that I should be aware of and Jeff told and showed me what are the priorities.
On a fixed income I can now set aside what is required to insure that my car will operate properly.

I hope the manager sees this. I can’t express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I have received from Vacaville Nissan. I can’t tell you how many times I have gone to a different Nissan (Hanlees) with the issue I was experiencing. They somehow overlooked the issue for 2 years. Thank goodness when the issue recently with my car got worse, the service advisor Jeff helped get me in and took care of me. The technicians were able to diagnose and fix the issue. I am so grateful that the job was done right the first time and that it didn’t result in me returning multiple times. I am not only blown away at the level of customer service and service performed on my vehicle but also the care that was taken when she was left in Nissans’ hands. My car was returned to me looking better and working better than when I turned her in. She was washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside. Thank you for communicating and keeping your word. I can’t tell you how important that is. Please keep up the amazing work. I’ll be back soon for an oil change and tire rotation. Until then, I hope not to see you although it’s always nice to see you especially when you consistently treat me like I’m a VIP.
