I can’t help but share today I visited the Vacaville outlet new balance store my son is autistic and I was feeling super overwhelmed and was approached by the store manager denise who was not only helpful but kind and patient and more knowledgeable than I could have ever hoped for I also was helped by a girl named Ana who was so amazing with my son and they made sure he was calm and comfortable while trying on multiple shoes we finally found a pair that made him comfortable i can’t thank them enough as a single mom nothings more stressful than feeling lost and having questions and nobody wanting to help they’re beyond amazing and I couldn’t be more happy thanks again girls we will be back soon

Jenni and Isaiah gave great customer service for my return. I had pairs of NB that I ordered online and loved, but were too big. They helped me find a great pair that fit properly - loved the experience!

The New Balance Factory Outlet in Vacaville Premium Outlets is one of the busiest stores in the outlet mall. The Vacaville Premium Outlets weren't very busy when I was there yesterday. But New Balance still has a good amount of shoppers in there. The store is well organized, and the employees are helpful and attentive. The prices are very reasonable as well.

Expensive but my boy loves his new baseball cleats. We couldn’t find his size at the local baseball store and they don’t have sports equipment at the Vacaville factory store so we ordered these on line.

A win for a quick shoe shopping venture for my son. Prices are cheaper than retail if that isn't enough hit the clearance section. Will definitely be back !

I love the new balance store in the vacaville outlets. It's located right next to the north face outlet and almost always has a buy on get one 50% off special. The shoe options are amazing and the employees are always helpful and courteous

AT 10:00am the worst customer service, no personally no greeting NOT EVEN A GOOD MORNING to start the day in this atmosphere as a business owner not good for New Balance your better ordering online.

Very hostile environment. Associates were all grumpy. Lady manager is very rude and treats customer like they were thieves! Not coming back to this store again!

I've bought shoes here a few months ago ago, and the ladies are really helpful in helping me order it through their system and shipped to Home since the specific shoe color wasn't available at store. They also had really good deals and have the newer styles. Good service good prices highly recommend if you'd like a new balance.
