Without a doubt the best customer service I have ever received in the area. They were kind, courteous, and bent over backwards to find us the best deals in the store at the time. We bought two pairs of Shoes and i managed to get the MOABs for damn near close to dirt! WOO!
Highly recommend. Prices were fantastic and the quality of shoe is unbeatable!

Joanne the manager there was horrible and very rude to me, I wouldn't recommend anybody come here to shop when he is working, very mean customer service and overall a very bad experience while shopping I felt his anger from across the room.

I was just at Merrell at 6pm on March 26. What great service by the two gentlemen that helped me and my fiancé in the store! I came in looking for more comfortable shoes since I've been having foot pain. The first employee was quick to suggest shoes after he fitted me for the insoles. I left with a new pair of comfortable shoes and the insoles. I presented a coupon but it turned out to be for online only. The second employee went ahead and honored it anyways and saved me some money. Great customer service: helpful, personable, and professional. I'll definitely be back.

Merrell outlet store is one of the stores in Vacaville Premium Outlets. I love to check them out when I'm here. They carry good quality clothing and shoes. The prices are also cheaper than I can find in the retail sports stores. They also have a better selection here compared to the sports stores. The salespersons in the store are very helpful and often offer help and subjection. The store is spotless and well organized. I enjoyed shopping in Merrell at Vacaville Premium Outlets.

I used to work at this location as an assistant manager!I gave them 2 weeks notice and left, everything was normal I guess, but I went to shop there last week and the manager ( Jowan) was very rude and unprofessional as a salesman, asked him some questions about the deal and he got mad and answered me with angry face and voice!I was very uncomfortable and wanted to walk out but I told myself be the bigger person and finish your shopping.I will never go back there!!

Always a pleasant experience. Greeted, asked if I need help, and always given suggestions on what I'm looking for. Store isn't too big but selection is great to choose from - the styles keep getting cuter and cuter. Got myself a great multi-color sporty sneaker that has great support and doesn't sit too high.

My wife and I decided to start hiking/ walking trails We have never done this before, so we knew we would not have appropriate shoes for this activity. We went inside and were greeted immediately. We were even assisted with our choices. We got a great deal on our shoes.

Disappointed in Merrell's Quantum Grip - Bravada Edge Paloma hiking shoes. This review is not about a particular store or service, it's about a particular Merrell shoe which I purchased at Sportchek. I am a fit 59 year old woman and purchased these hiking shoes mainly for their comfort, appearance and especially for the quantum grip technology. While wearing these attractive, expensive new hiking shoes, I slipped and fell and hurt my back on a sloping driveway. It had been raining and the surface was wet but rough textured. My 79 year old sister confidently walking ahead of me in her brand of sneakers, had no problems with slipping at all. In fact she helped me up and pushed me back up the driveway because I was slipping and sliding in my Quantum Grip Merrell shoes. The tread looks like it would grip well but it does not. Perhaps it's the material that the sole is made of that doesn't hold on a wet, textured surface. My sister was sure-footed wearing less expensive brand shoes that gripped 100% on the same surface and conditions. Be careful out there and do not assume anything about the ability of the shoes you are wearing. Merrell designers, please review the gripping technology on this range of shoes, test thoroughly on a diverse range of surfaces and conditions, and make necessary changes. There's a problem and it needs to be remedied before more people are seriously hurt.
