Very dishonest dealership. Especially the sales person Raquel. They falsify all documents including safety reports and finance applications. From head to toe and everything in between this is a very dishonest dealership. Do Not Do Business with them.

This was the most pleasant car-buying experience I've had. I bought a used 2021 Subaru Forester because it was advertised as a pretty good price compared to most others I had seen, so I asked for more info, thinking perhaps it was not in very good shape.A sales person (Melanie Medina) messaged me back, and I talked to her about it. She was very friendly, and I could tell she was very nice compared to others I'd had contact with. The car sounded perfect, so my wife and I went up there to see it, and it was in great shape, the color we wanted, and all the features plus some. We managed to get the price knocked down a bit, and the trade-in knocked up (no, not that kind of knocked up!), so the final price was about what I had set as the most I wanted to spend - on a cheaper model.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone in the area.

My car came here for a engine replacement, 2016 Miata. They did a good job the car feels solid and they didn't damage the vehicle at all (door dings, scratches, etc.). Overall very happy with the work they did. Thumbs up!

If you or anyone you know needs a car talk to Melanie Medina. I have never felt more comfortable and helped by anyone, at a car dealership no less!! Melanie is personable, knowledgeable, professional and the absolute sweetest person. She walked me through everything I needed to know and made my whole experience feel easy and personalized. I know she went above and beyond helping me and got me an amazing deal. Never have I ever thought the day would come that I’d recommend a car sales person; Ask for Melanie and she will take care of you for the best experience and deal!

Concise, responsive, helpful, no nonsense pitching. We were new to the area and looking for a minivan. Rachel was super sweet and helpful! She was short and to the point, no nonsense convo (I was carrying my 2 small kids and didn't have time for muddling through a pitch) she listened to what I needed and double checked her inventory immediately when I mentioned we were looking for a sienna. They had one! Just wasn't ready for the lot yet. She called me back as soon as it was ready. She also gave us a delicious recommendation for a family restaurant too!

Been coming here for 2 years because of close proximity and convenience. As a single mother of teenagers, I work so much so I have limited time to get car service but I make effort. I purchased my 22' M3 in Elk Grove and the service in Vacaville is far from great. I recently had my oil change two weeks ago, Sept 2023. During this visit, I was hoping that they would also do a car wash since it's advertised in their board that it's included with every service (although they have never actually washed my vehicle). I don't ask or enforce but makes me feel discriminated against. As soon as I left the dealership my windshield wiper fluid light came on. This occurred before I got home. It was very disappointing. In addition, I had a incident last year while there was a part being repaired and they removed my car seat and ripped the original car cover. The employees approach was not sincere or apologetic, just brushed it off. I was told to return and get complimentary car wash and detail. I returned a month later when the car cover arrived and they failed to detail my car. I was upset but decided just to leave because I shouldn't have to explain what I expected or was promised. I don't think I will ever go back.

If you are looking for a car salesmen or in this case saleswoman I recommend going to Alexia C. After my moms car broke down we were in full panic mode on how we were going to buy a car, especially since our credit wasn't doing so great. Alexia had so much patience and found alternatives for my mom and made it possible to leave the dealership with her dream car! My mom has always put her kids first so she never had the opportunity of having a brand new vehicle. Alexia and her crew made this possible! Thank you so much for your attention to detail and patience you really made it easy and stress free. Which is something not many can say when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Thank you again! The environment was so welcoming even the other saleswomen were very helpful on what car would be beneficial to her and for her job.

I have to disagree with the previous poster, the review seems more personal than constructive. All the staff at Mazda Vacaville were welcoming and extremely helpful. Melanie Medina spent two days with me making sure I found the perfect vehicle for me and my baby. She went above and beyond calling every single insurance company to find me the best quote for full coverage... that's not even her job!! And she made sure I left with everything I needed!!! 5 stars for your employee MELANIE MEDINA! I love my Mazda cx-5.

Purchased a used vehicle through Al (Alim) this past weekend that this dealer had taken on trade. Despite showing up shortly before closing time, Al was patient and did not make me feel rushed. After driving the car and expressing that I was interested, we were able to quickly reach an agreement as to the price, without the protracted games that I have seen at some dealerships. From showing up until the time I drove out with the purchase was about 2 hours, which is pretty good. All in all a good experience and would gladly purchase another car through Al in the future. Sidenote: I was able to chat with Al a bit while the paperwork was getting finalized. We tend to think of car salespeople as just that and nothing more. Spend a few minutes speaking with him and you will find a person who has very interesting background and has greatly contributed to our world.

April 25th my blue 2007 Pontiac Solstice was totaled, but my son was unharmed TYJ. I've been looking but not really looking so on Friday, I check again and there it is 2009 Pontiac Solstice, blue. I fill out the online application on Saturday, approved on Sunday went picked it up today. A big thank you and shout out to Kiki, Alexia and Luke. They were so courteous, kept me up to date during the process and just all around kind. It was so easy and painless. Thank you also to the young man who detailed my baby, you did a great job. Had a great experience here with Melanie and Christian. Was looking to sell my SUV and ran the gamut of vacaville dealerships. This Mazda location was clean, friendly and overall the best customer service of the 5 dealerships I negotiated with over the last month. While I can't say anything about the purchase end - these are professionals who treat customers with respect and transparency. Even if you aren't in the market for Mazdas they have a used lot that's full of some choice options. Give them a try!

FRAUD AT EVERY TURN What began as a friendly and professional interaction quickly turned into a nightmare when trying to purchase a car from this dealership as an out-of-state buyer. Alex (Amr) & Christian at Mazda of Vacaville, which is owned by Wise Auto Group, clearly used a fraudulent inspection report to sell me a Mazda Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle with significant undisclosed damage.THE LIEOn the written Quality Assurance report that Mazda Vacaville provided and signed, they certified my car as having no dents, chips, large scratches, etc. Mechanically, they also certified it as having no issues. This report gave me confidence as an out-of-state buyer that I could trust the vehicle's condition.Imagine my surprise when I received the Bill of Lading, a document they also reviewed and signed upon shipping the car to me, noting multiple areas with existing damage on the vehicle (e.g., dents, chips, scratches). The shipper also took pictures of the substantial damage prior to taking possession of the vehicle.NO RESOLUTIONI have reached out to this dealership multiple times for an agreeable resolution and it seems they forgot my number. After some persistence I finally got a message from Alex saying they would simply take the car back, which they were well aware of not being an option because I had told them I was moving soon.It does not seem unreasonable for the dealership to take responsibility for misrepresenting the damage and paying to have it repaired in a timely manner... which is all I have asked.VEHICLE CONDITIONInstead I am left with a vehicle that has a HUGE scrape along the front bumper, a very noticeable dent, a huge cluster of paint chips across the front hood, torn window tint across multiple windows, dangerously low wax, and other problems that should never be found on a CPO car.The car even arrived with a "maintenance due" alert and was also missing important tools in the trunk which are listed as required for CPO vehicles. At this point I'm not even sure as to the mechanical health of this vehicle given the other obvious misrepresentations.WHO IN THEIR WILDEST DREAMS WOULD APPROVE THIS VEHICLE AS A MAZDA CPO VEHICLE? OH RIGHT, #MAZDAOFVACAVILLE #WISEAUTOGROUPI fully understand that CPO cars are not new cars, however the Mazda CPO process requires an accurate and thorough quality assurance inspection and it is clear that this dealership did not complete it as required. In fact, a close review of the report shows that they even signed off that the convertible top was working when the vehicle doesn't even have one!CAUTIOUS TALE FOR OTHERSI sorely wish I had read the reviews more closely prior to dealing with this dealership as it is obvious that my experience was not the first time they have misled customers as to the condition of a car. I later learned from Mazda USA that there have been other incidents that have been reported to them and I am disappointed they are still permitted to represent the brand.PIECE OF JUNKIn my opinion, this is a JUNK dealership with JUNK managers who have a JUNK attitude. Buyer beware and definitely do not expect an honest experience when buying out-of-state.p.s. Every buyer should also be aware that their SHIELD stolen vehicle recovery device is sold by M2M Technologies. It is a small battery-operated device that is simply placed in the car (not wired). Spit your coffee out if they say they can't uninstall/remove it easily from your vehicle and remove the charge for it from your bill.
