The worst diler that can exist. Don't buy here please, you arrive and are very friendly, but nothing to see. We bought a cheap car, but they insisted a lot on selling us insurance. I didn't want to, but my husband accepted, and I bought insurance for three months. . A month later the transmission slips and we talked to see where to take it and they agreed to return the call and they didn't and they no longer answered calls from my husband's phone, so I call and they tell me the same thing and that they called me back and If not, I will call them again in an hour and what happened is that they no longer receive my calls.

Grand Theft!! Over $31,000.00 It's been 6 months and no registration. My bank has no title. He took my $5,000 and never paid the registration fees , never paid off the former owners car note with the $26,000.00 my credit union gave him. Don't know if the former owner and Josef are collaborating? This review is real and will stay here until I have my registration!

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, AFTER I RETURNED CAR PAPERWORK HAD SOMEONE ELSE DL#AND SOMEONE ELSE CELL #,THEY FALSEFIED MY EMPLOYMENT AND BLAMED ME CUZ THE TRUTH CAME OUT,SAID THE KIA SOUL HAD NO PETS BUT CAR FULL OF DOG HAIR,SAID NEW ENGINE BUT RECEIPT WAS ALSO FALSEFIED.I ALSO REPORTED TO BBB CUZ THEY 100% CROOKS! I'VE SINCE GONE TO REPUTABLE BUSINESS AND GOT A BETTER CAR

I didn't drive that broken ac car 3,000 miles since getting it to thanks for that info. I got it in winter like you witnessed, so of corse at 10 am it's blowing cold air. No one uses a AC during winter it's hot now as you can see an it's really unfortunate and all I asked was help, an Roxy said I can come in an pay for it to be looked at with a "little" discount which triggered me.... An fake names or the person who was their an witnessed the whole transaction....

I would never buy a car from here again. Still never answered me. Bought a car with broken AC and the light came on a day after. Was told it should be nothing (it's still on). I bought another car from Nissan across the street 4 months later, 6.2 interest rate. Luxe imports is 8.7 their a joke. Go to the dealers across the street who have good checks and mechanics, instead of their little use home owned shop. Roxanne is rude an yousef just don't care.

JUST DON'T GO. Unless you want to waste your time. They're liars that make fake appointments. They invite you to the "dealership" with blacked out windows ...always locked and nobody is ever there. They tell you they are open, they are not... they promise a salesman is on their way, they say they are bringing your car--because they have no cars at the storefront...but nobody ever comes. They tell you to call a number that never answers. And then they tell you they can't make or receive calls. Wouldn't trust em if they did show up.

Update well thank you for your response yousef i have all of our text messages showing you sild me a lemon and as far as the rent a car goes it was a friend's car from the restaurant 3 doors down from you that was already damaged and beat up so please dont say it a actual rent a car like i said buyers be aware

Very pushy, shady, generic Mr. worldwide. Sleazy car salesman. didn't even take the car off the lot, I changed my mind on the deal and guy took $1,300 from me for nothin. I was desperate for a car and did a bunch of stuff I would not normally agree too. Vibes are all around bad with this place. They just hustle you. Avoid this place, take your business elsewhere.

So i bought a car from them in july i had to take it back 2 days later telling them the about steering wheel sqeeks bad after talking to the owner yosef he said he would fix it that never happened also had to call the dmv in oct to see where my new plates and tags were come to find out they they didnt even sent the payment and paperwork to the dmv i had to call down there and Threatened them with legal action and 4 days later i got my plates and tag buyer beware
