good products TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!! You can't find anyone in the store to help and forget about calling on the phone, they never get back to you.

So I was trying to return a item and a older lady by the name of Roz literally said "I hope he can't " with was offensive to me being that she had just helped a customer and told her that she was happy she was able to help . This kinda saddens me

They've changed their return policy they were no longer give any kind of store credit for any kind of return they don't have that anymore. Home Depot sell does so I'm shift all my business over there. Really disappointing Lowe's.
