*DO UR RESEARCH* we had the same experience no one returns or picks up calls. Don't show up for schedule viewings, made to feel being treated different. Took a property off then we had to hunt them down to view it but how did all these other families know about the house if it was taken down? They pick and choose as well. They have a certain criteria.Even thanked them Jeff and the young lady and never got a response about my application or nothing. How do they get away with that? I'm happy we found one of the best!! We're better then ever now! *DO YOUR RESEARCH*

I’ve been looking for a place to rent for a few months now and I have a pretty good idea of how the property management thing works. You apply, pay credit check fees for each adult, wait to see if you are chosen, then, if not chosen, you try again. When i saw a newly listed home on Link and Link I hopped on it, unfortunately I applied too late, there were lots of apps in front of me, and again, another home slipped through my fingers. All that to say, I was pleasantly surprised when our credit check fees were refunded to us days after applying. Jeff understood that the house hunting game is expensive, and quickly offered a refund. My husband and I were very appreciative for the return of our $80. Now it’ll be put towards the next application. Thank you guys for your integrity.

Horrible communication. Leasing a place to live is time sensitive and you have to chase them down to get results. Approval or Denial. The pandemic hit everyone hard so the whole late payment thins is absurd; especially when you’re trying to rent a unit that is $750 less than what you’ve paid for 2 years and you make more than 4 times the asking price of the rental.

Unprofessional and unresponsive. Scheduled a walk and meeting with Jeff for my property. We drove all the way to the property and waited for over an hour and he never showed up! We called him many times but he never picked up. I sent an email and he didn't respond to that either. A quick call would have been appreciated so he didn't waste our time. I was furious on him standing us up and never making an effort to explain himself. Would never give any of my business to this guy.

Very responsive to any issues that have arisen. During the record breaking heat wave, the A/C stopped working at 9pm, by 10am the unit was back working. This is just 1 example of the excellent service I've received over the last 4yrs of renting with them.

As a landlord, I’ve been with Link and Link for a little over a year now, they collect the rent on time, so I don’t have to worry about it like I did before.Jeff is very responsive, and handles matters promptly. Problems with the property were also handled in a timely manner, I don’t have to worry about it. II would recommend Link and Link to others.

Very disappointed in my experience with Link and Link. After $80 spent in application fees, multiple calls, voicemails, and emails, I have still yet to hear from this company regarding my application. Please do not waste your time with Link and Link, they will take your personal information, money and time without even acknowledging you or your interest in their properties.

Link and Link is quick and efficient! With my family bring military, they have been very understanding and responsive to any lease renewals and needs that we have brought to their attention. They have also been very quick in getting our work orders submitted and fixed!

Going through the rental process with Link & Link Property Management is shady at best. First, you can't even tour the property without submitting an application (giving them ALL your personal information). Then they encourage you to submit this application with the $40 per person application fee. The way they encourage you to do so is by stating that they rent on a first-come-first-serve basis. Thus, if you do like the property you are already in the process of submitting your application and now ahead of the others who have not paid the $40 per person fee. The problem? When you submit an application along with the fee and you NEVER hear back from them. So they have $80 (my fiancé & I applied together) & there was no communication from Link & Link from then on. I emailed them directly about the property and stated in the email that I subbmitted an application along with the fee and still NEVER heard back from them. I was never contacted to tour the property. So it is not bad enough that they took my $$ and never responded but every time these property management companies pull a "hard copy" of your credit report, your credit score takes a big hit. I actually went back on some of the websites that rental properties are advertized; zillow, rent.com & etc. and this particular property was available for rent a month prior and taken off the market. Hmmm interesting?
