The ladies who work here are fantastic! I went in by myself on a first-time visit and then brought my mom and daughter the next time. The same sales woman was there, she remembered me, and it felt like I was back visiting a friend! They didn't have something in store, so I did have to order and, unfortunately it doesn't fit. So we will see how returning it goes. But as for customer service=excellent! Prices were pretty good, and clothing was of good material. They also had some jewelry we purchased at a great price as well.

It was a wonderful visit, but I wish I'd been feeling better.
I went in to get fitted for bras and underwear. I'd never been to this store before, and I spoke with the first saleswoman I found. I followed her to the back and told her that I had lost >100 lbs and I had no idea what size I needed.
I hit the jackpot!! I found the sweetest lady in a gorgeous red dress who was so attentive and asked questions about what I was looking for in a bra. She brought me back the perfect ones.
Then she brought pants in for me to try and brought in a couple of different sizes. Then she went out for smaller sizes. Here's the thing. I hadn't seen myself since losing the weight. I've been sick at home due to an accident. I don't own a full-length mirror, so when I saw what made her so excited for me, I had to look.
I was so shocked, too!!! I went from a 26/28 to a 14/16!!!!! Her upbeat, kind, and attentive personality will bring me back.

The people were really nice and very helpful. I was able to get what I needed in a reasonable amount of time. The woman who helped me showed me all of my options and was so patient. They didn't even bat an eye even though came in after working all day and looking like a mess.

Last minute store trip to purchase some clothes at closing was a mistake. I was there 20 min before closing due to driving 2 hours and got unhelpful customer service. I felt hurried and no help looking for what I needed.
