Outstanding customer service and skilled auto repair technician. I worked w Gabe and he provided me with friendly professional customer service including ongoing information and costs. My car problem was on the difficult to fix side, and the technician came up w a clever solution and addressed the problem effectively while avoiding unnecessary costs.

brought my Kia Cadenza into Kia of Vacaville due to coolant leakage. It appears that a hose that was replaced approximately 30-45 days ago at this same Kia dealer was defective ( hole or tear) which , in effect, caused the engine to overheat. Finally m, after 3 business days, I was able to get my car back in a supposedly repaired state. Although I was not charged for the service repair, I am am not too “happy” with what occurred. Thus far, no additional problems have occurred

No reason to pay $190 to verify a key is stuck in the ignition. That is not a (diagnostic). The customer service wasn't terrible. Would not recommend nor return.

Nice workers in service dept. courteous. WiFi good. Nothing to see as far as parts and accessories. Or really anything else. No water in the water machine. Free coffee.

I've only utilized the service department at this dealership. The guys are pretty nice here. I definitely feel they try to help you out financially because repairs can add up quick at this place. I will say they are really busy so you may need to leave a message when you're calling to schedule a service appointment. They always call and tell you if additional services are needed and they are transparent about cost. They also offer pick up/ drop offs if you're local.

The worst service department I've ever dealt with. Took my brand new car in for an oil change and tire rotation, they quoted me 30 minutes, then 2 hours.. here I am 4 hours later and I'm calling and texting every number I can get ahold of trying to get an update on when my car will be ready. I've lost 3 hours of pay because of something simple taking 8 times longer than originally quoted. They've officially lost a customer.

Beware! Kia of Vacaville is very unprofessional and they are liars! They can't even keep an appointment, made an appointment and the person was not there, this is the second time! had another salesperson and he didn't know anything, felt sorry for him. and their financial department lies and degrades their customers! Are finance was secured and the paperwork didn't match! the financial department lied! his comments were unprofessional so he lost a sake from us! I am so thankful I went and spent my money elsewhere. Never in my life have I had this experience buying a car. . I am also filing a report with the Better Business Bureau! I have read many other reviews about your lying and schemes. They don't guarantee their warranties either!!!! But they will up sell you on them. So glad I didn't fall for that like many others have. You are a disgusting business!

Kia of Vacaville only had one good insistence and that was buying my car. Other that the service department is a joke. Everytime you bring it in the give the run around. Or! Flat out lie about the check they do for you, can't even call it a service because they don't want to solve your problem. I got the run around all day to just take it to another dealer who cares about having a happy driver on the road. News flash when you take it to another dealer that has done work and set up the necessary precautions to see if it ever gets tampered with just shows you are a bunch of liars.

Right from the start, Emil was very knowledgeable, and helped us seek out exactly what we were looking for without any pressure selling! ??. Also, his follow up has been brilliant, he showed us around for when we will be needing the service center for our first free oil change.An Eric in finance was amazing.! He was so patient and never did we ever feel that if we needed something explained more than twice, that it wasn't a problem or time consuming. He stayed way after hours, to ensure that we understood everything and didn't try to talk us into something we didn't think that we needed.Every single person we came in contact with, including the receptionist at the door was just exceptional if I can get 10 stars I would.

This was by far the worst experience ever in a Kia Dealership. Recently relocated and my car needed service. I made this appointment weeks again. When I arrived I was told they were behind. My basic oil change took 3.1/2 hours so I had get a Lyft to take me back home. Screwed up my whole day. Then I had to call close to closing and was told my care was just being finished. Lyft driver took me back just before 6p (closing) and didn’t even receive a car wash. Worst experience ever. I’m not even comfortable with my car being thoroughly examined. I hated this experience so much that I will drive to another dealership miles away to get my car serviced next time ….Ridiculous!!!! I was told I can come back for my car wash btw… like who has time for that?Oh yes and not I’ve gotten on some list where they are asking me to purchase a new car. This dealership sucks…. If I decide to buy a new car in the future.. I will not but a Kia for the sole purpose of this experience.

This dealership sucks. I bought a brand new vehicle and they slid in paperwork sneakily to add an additional extended warranty. Something I would not have bought. I requested a cancellation through the policy holder that was processed the same day a few months ago. Kia is to issues the prorated amount and still hasn't done it. I've left multiple messages with sales people, finance people, manager. And still nothing. They are crooks.

This is an early review, and will amend later if needed....I called numerous dealers trying to get their best "out the door" price without having to spend a lot of time and gas in running around comparing cars that were in stock, and prices. Most dealers would not disclose this if I wasn't already sitting at their table.During this time where supply of some vehicles may be limited, most dealers are using an "added dealer fee" to boost profits. I had one dealer trying to add a $5,000 fee!I was not willing to pay this, and I am happy to say Kia of Vacaville didn't use this practice.I called the dealer, and discussed the entire vehicle price, tax, fees, etc. While on the phone, they gave me a very fair "OTD" price for the car. I am happy to say, that when I went to the dealer the next day, they wrote up the sale exactly as promised on the phone call. The entire sale process was as smooth as any can be. I feel I got a fair deal, and a better interest rate than I expected on the balance. The sales rep was very pleasant, and after a little time to finish papers, and car prep, I rode home in my new Kia Forte.
