Came here for some all black socks and wanted to use my military discount to save a couple bucks but didn't have my iD in hand, had a digital copy and some papers work but the associate would not honor the discount. Which wasn't a big deal, understanding protocol and all. Service was okay. Store was organized and clean. Items were marked discounted or not so was shopping blindly and didn't want to be "that one" customer who keeps asking for "what's the price?" I did end up saving some sort of discount, but like I said the sales items weren't tagged or updated. I would have bought more items it the items displayed were more transparent. Not a wow experience, just okay.

A big shout out to Jess! She was so sweet, compassionate and professional. I was very hesitant at first to accept her help because of a recent dramatically cosmetic change in my breast and she was so understanding, confident and so patient, she set me up in the dressing room with over 15 bras. Nothing worked based on what I told her.. . She asked what the issue was and after responding, she brought me a bra that NAILED it. She was on point, I wasn't when I can in and she scooped it up listened and then took action. Jockey has a lot to offer.. go see Jess! Thank you Jess !

After returning partial of my item because it didn't fit right, the customer service I received was really bad. Totally two different faces when I first come in with a greeting. The employee their name "Karen" a blonde lady in her mid-60s give me an attitude saying, "if you didn't want the item you shouldn't cut the tags" wow... a great way to make a customer feel good about themselves. And I told her, didn't I saved the tags it's here. Her facial expression and body language say it all that they dislike customer of returning item. This type of customer services unacceptable and corporate needed to investigate this. If you want returning customer to treat them with respect and not by giving them attitude.
