I have nothing but great things to say about my Agent Jim Wright and his office Manager Kwhla Afana. Anytime I need something or just a simple question answered. They act like I am their only concern. I highly recommend them for anyone who lives in Solano County and surrounding areas. I am so happy I switched from Geico to Allstate. I can't believe how fast everything went. The company they sent me to for repairs to my car was excellent! My car was done sooner than they told me. I'm so happy to have my baby back! ?

I was in a minor collision with my car and had to call the Allstate office on Alamo Drive. Everyone I spoke with in the organization was helpful, courteous, and dealt with my needs quickly. I felt the experience was handled in a very professional manner.
