VACAVILLE STORE I called the weekend ahead of Labor Day.
The maintenance man was going to be off for 4 days.
Labor day came and gone...
It's September 19th now.
Requested twice for service personnel to inspect our apex domus air bed ,if it wasn't repairable, we intended to buy a brand new mattress and domus from them.
Im still waiting!!
The woodland california office had dry wipes at $56 a case.
By time I went to order my 3rd order of wipes it was gonna cost $90 a case.
They are probably still sitting there as they are on Amazon for $67.
I will never call on them again and certainly never recommend them .

What?!! I can only give them 5 stars? They deserve 10 stars at least. We had a complicated move and they bent over backwards to make it seamless.
Flash forward 10 days later, and another move and more complications. Again, perfect.
When I mentioned them to the senior residence and to the hospital, they said they are a great company
I highly recommend them. Their customer is the best. Everyone is terrific!

I went in today to see about purchasing a walker for my husband. They had only one that would work in our home, but the back was very uncomfortable when my husband sat in it. No one offered to have me look at a catalogue for other models or offer any other help. I felt they didn't care whether I purchased or not or whether I return in the future. This was very different from the way I was treated in another state when I helped care for my parents. That business would have done anything to make our situation more comfortable. I came home, looked at Amazon and ordered one that met our exact needs. It will be here tomorrow snd can be returned if needed. I really did try to shop locally.

So I just had back surgery and was very pleased to find out that this company rents out the medical beds, but more than anything I was very happy with the technician Jackson Medical Supply sent because he was very good with this customer service going up and beyond his call of duty. He put together my bed, cleaned it, gave me very detailed and precise directions. This young man was not only courteous but very respectful. His attitude was upbeat and friendly which was a breath of fresh air. I not only recommend this company but definitely ask for Peter as a technician as he was very awesome and understanding and I give this company a thumbs up for hiring such a great employee!!! Thank you!

I wasn't disappointed! Wendy and her staff took great care setting everything up for me. I couldn't have had such a successful recovery without Jackson Medical Supply!

I needed to get a medical equipment and Jackson's Medical Supply in Vacaville had it in stock, unfortunately my insurance was not accepted. Wendy Wigmore was able to assist me by verifying with her manager if my insurance can be billed. I provided her with everything she needed to verify my insurance, a prescription faxed by my clinic and she also stayed a few minutes after closing as I was running late from getting my medication. Thank you so much for accommodating me and staying back, I really appreciate it. I recommend them for any of your medical supplies. Thank you all so much!
