Jackson Medical Supply is a great company with terrific and awesome staff. The team is extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and helpful. Their customer service is the best, top notch, and amazing, from the start of the conversation to the end of the transaction. They bend over backwards for customers, providing seamless service even during complicated situations. The company carries a great variety of medical supplies and equipment for rent at great price points. Delivery of items is on time. Technicians are courteous, respectful, and upbeat, going above and beyond with detailed service. They are highly recommended by customers and other institutions alike.
The staff at the store was super helpful and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. It was a bonus that the area was also very nice and felt safe. I definitely recommend them!
