Elizabeth was so amazing to work with. She immediately jumped on listings and was extremely proactive. We found our dream home within a week of looking. Even though she was on vacation when we needed to submit an offer, she worked tirelessly throughout her whole trip and secured us our dream home!! We will forever be grateful for Maria Rodriguez, thanks to her amazing help we now have a beautiful home. Maria is everything you can look for in a realtor. She exceeded our expectations and was beyond wonderful. We had the privilege to have her as our realtor, the moment we met at the café, there was an instant connection, we knew she would help us find the perfect home for our family and she sure did! Throughout our entire journey, Maria felt like our mom, always advising us what to look out for and assuring us that we would find the one when would fall in love with a house and lose it to somebody else’s offer. After countless house showings, Maria helped us found the property we now call home. Alan was so Amazing when I was trying to find my forever home! I was looking two hours away from where I lived and the drive was even further for Alan. No matter how many houses I wanted to look at, (and I looked at a LOT) he did the drive back-and-forth many times before I found my perfect home! I can’t say enough good things about Elizabeth and her team. They made what could be an extremely stressful time so smooth and helped in so many ways. From staging the house we sold and making it look so beautiful to coordinating everything we needed to do for the transaction of the house we were buying. I had been looking for a house for a while. But there was no luck doing so on my own. My brothers recommended this agency, and Bryson got in touch with me. It took almost a year, and so many houses later, we found one that I could call home. He dedicated his precious time and worked really well to make sure everything was to my knowledge; as I was abroad during the entire process. Definitely recommend and happy with the entire process.

I lucked out when I was down to the last two weeks of the 45 day window to identify a replacement rental property for a 1031 exchange. I had been searching online outside California and was ready to give up. I was referred indirectly to Bryson Patterson who listened, didn’t panic with me, and calmly led me to a few properties that were in my budget, right here in California.
