Short Asian worker threatened last warning and refused to answer what the warning was for and what would happen, tall wavy brown hair worker was one of the best, good pool and sauna though.

I enjoy going here as it is close to where I live. I often use equipment in upstairs where there are less people and quieter than downstairs. I love the indoor pool and jacuzzi too.

Literally our favorite place to go and work out. The friendly staff in the fun welcoming atmosphere really make a huge difference.. the ADA, compliant restrooms and the para transit parking that fit our wheelchair accessible vans really are a high mark for our customers and clients. Oh, and not to mention our favorite place to be is a massage chair room with our feet kicked up, ready to end a great workout session with a great quiet massage.

Hot tub has been closed most of the time going back many months. I pay to have a hot tub and pool to manage my pain and rehab from a car accident. They won't let you use a different location while their facilities you pay for are unusable.

? Do NOT sign up for any In Shape Fitness membership. They will charge you $250 for termination fees.➖ I had to relocate for employment reasons.Hope this post saves someone else some money. Absolutely ridiculous money grab by a greedy company with zero compassion or understanding of people's life situation.

I'd give it 3.5 stars if I could. I like that have a person constantly cleaning the club all day instead of just after-hours. Check-in process is a breeze. What I'm not happy with is the wasted space that can easily be replaced with good quality workout equipment (mainly upstairs). I also hate that they refuse to change the TV channels on the big TVs. Like, NBA season is here, so TNT should be one of the standard channels. Instead they would rather display Fox News.

I've been a member for a while now and the last couple months they have charged my bank account all different amounts of money . My membership is 49.98 for my self and my son . The month of October I was charged 112.00 and some change the 2 months before October 74.00 and some change . I never signed up for this . I signed up for a 49.98 membership with an annual fee of 89.99 . I don't trust them with my bank information anymore and I will be cancelling my membership and going somewhere else .

Considering that In Shape specializes in fitness, I would assume they have a solid inventory of replacement parts readily available. Unfortunately, my experience suggests otherwise. It is perplexing that a company in the fitness industry, with their expertise and market presence, lacks the necessary backstock of items that frequently require repair. This oversight not only inconveniences customers like myself but also raises concerns regarding their overall commitment to customer satisfaction. While I understand that unforeseen circumstances and high demand can cause delays, it is essential for In Shape to take proactive measures to reduce wait times and ensure that their customers' needs are promptly addressed. Investing in sufficient backstock and implementing a more efficient repair process would go a long way in retaining customer loyalty and trust. In conclusion, my experience with In Shape on repairs has been disappointing due to the excessive wait times and a lack of adequate inventory. As a customer who values the quality of fitness equipment and the smooth functionality, I hope that In Shape takes immediate action to improve their repair processes and eliminate such frustrations for its patrons.

I had no problem getting on a machine I needed. Came in on a Sunday at 3:30 pm. The gym was clean, which is very important to me. The staff was friendly and informative. I'm glad my membership allowed me to use clubs out of town. The hotel gym was not enough for me.

Been going to this gym for quite some time now and I truly believe this gym facility on Elmira is one of the best gyms I've attended so far. Plenty of weights and equipment available as well as an upstairs spot for some of our newer and possibly shy individuals. Really nice gym.

DIRTY TOWELS AND SHOWERS THAT GIVE YOU STIS!!!! Myself and TWO other members have tested positive for an STI in the past 2 weeks, two of us married. After some investigation we have found out this gyms bathrooms are basically INFESTED. I had no idea it was actually possible but as a pregnant woman my OB advised this is possible and super dangerous. STAY OUT OF THE BATHROOM AND DONT USE ANY TOWELS!
