I had my car looked at and fixed here on 8/3/23, Invoice number 000043566. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, honest and thorough. It is such a huge relief as a woman to go to a place and have your car fixed and not worry about getting swindled. Martin and Ralph are the absolute best. They did such a good job on my alternator I am over the moon! I will definitely visit them in the future, but they did such a great job and even fixed one of my lights, I'm certain I won't be seeing them for a long time, my car runs so smooth now thanks to them. THANK YOU!

Finally found an honest, trustworthy and knowledgeable repair shop in Vacaville, CA. Already paid over $2,000 of repair bills accumulated by Les Schwab but they have not corrected the diagnosis of humming noise and vibrations. Les Scwab replaced the two front shock absorbers, all four breaks, one wheelbearing hub and they have not solved the problem. Hence, sought help from the Import Masters and in just 10 minutes, Martin their tech, diagnosed an uneven tire thread and a CV joint. Firestone replaced my tires and Import Masters replaced the CV joint. Now my car is running new again. Thanked Ralph, the owner and Martin, the best car technician in town. Finally found an honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and family-owned repair shop. Before bringing my 2003 Toyota 4Runner in their shop, Les Schwab had replaced the two front shock absorbers, four brakes and one wheelbearing and still failed to correct the humming and vibrations problems. Accumulated over $2,000 of repair bills, so I brought it to the Import Masters Auto repair shop and Martin, the tech diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, an uneven tire threads and CV joint. Firestone in Fairfield mall replaced the four tires and Import Masters replaced the CV joint and Lo and Behold, my car is running like new again. Thanked Ralph, the owner and the expert technician, Martin. Thank you guys for your honesty and expertise. Bravo zulu!!!

What hasn't this place fixed on my car! Haha! They are absolutely amazing!! My car has had so many problems but they always seem to find the problem and fix it and don't upsell anything and always are up front and honest with about what needs to be done. We will always bring our cars to them. Ralph is absolutely amazing and helpful. We have taken my car to other shops and they have made things worse and this shop always fixes other people's screw ups.Services: Exhaust

Absolutely amazing auto service!! This place is absolutely amazing and trustworthy. We have taken my car to other shops and they always seem to make things worse and charge an insane amount. We have then started taking my car to Import Masters and Ralph and his employees are absolutely amazing!! They fix any problems we come in with and treat customers like family. They have practically rebuilt my car and never pressured us into unnecessary repairs or extra work that does not need to be done. They go above and beyond for their customers and we will always go back to them and refer anyone to them! They truly are the definition of amazing customer service!!

First time here and upon entering the building was greeted by a respectful voice, Martin. I explained my car issues and he asked for the keys to check out the problem. Martin explained the issue and ordered the part to arrive in 30 mins. The work was done in no time and I found myself and the car back on the road in no time. I highly recommend Import Master Auto Services and will return as a customer again.

Took my impala in for service. Very pleased and priced reasonable. ERIC is the guy to see at the New dixon location. I will be bring all my cars here from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF LOOKING FOR A GOOD MECHANIC!!

Came in for an oil change today. Despite having cars on most of the racks, they were still able to get me in immediately. Had me in and out in less than an hour and charged a reasonable price. Clean facility, clean bathrooms, great customer service. Will definitely come back. Thanks guys!

I really appreciated the quality work that Eric did last week on my car. I needed the work to be done well and quickly, he did both. He also helped me locate parts for my car (he didn't have the parts in his data base). Once the parts come in, he will do the repair work for me. He provided a quote quickly for all the repairs I needed and didn't try to sell me more than my car needed.As a woman, I am always hesitant to visit new car shops, in fear of them taking advantage. However, with Import Master I felt completely comfortable with the price and repair work. He was also very polite, professional, and patient with me, which I appreciate. You have definitely won my business for ever! Thanks Eric.

I called at 10 am because my whip wasn't starting. Whoever answered the phone said I could take it right in, so I got it towed over. 5 pm came and went, so I figured they were closed for the day and Id get a call in the morning. Surprise!! They ended up calling me at 5:30 (after their business hours) saying it was done and I could come get it. Yippee!!!! Yaaay!!! I was beyond stoked! Thank you so much guys for quickly taking care of me & my jeep!!Great mechanics, I would recommend this shop to anyone :D10/10 ??Service: Battery
