They are horrible, do yourself a favor and don’t buy a car from here or take your car in for service. They don’t communicate at all. We had to constantly go in to try a get any answers and even then, Christian was conveniently never available to speak with and no one else knew what was going on.

The worst experience, I took my car to the Hyundai dealer in Vacaville for an oil change and tire rotation and they did not do the job properly. They only put one lug nut on one wheel and the oil level was below the manufacturer's requirement.
Unfortunately, I didn't notice it on the day of the service. I drove my car for more than 200 miles with one wheel practically loose. And I didn't notice the oil level until a couple of days ago.
The response I received was that the service was performed by a young man. My question is, does anyone supervise the services once they are completed?
Terrible service....?

Bought a Car at this dealership an hour and a half away. They had just got the car in so it was a bit dirty, like glitter all over the trunk dirty. I made sure to specify that I could come back for a detail cleaning and they said they would definitely do it. I come back a few days later on my day off and they give me a car wash. Drove 1.5-2 hours for a $5 CAR WASH. The outside wasn’t even dirty it was the inside. Obviously upset I wanted to speak to a manager and the manager Joe totally disregarded me and said to call him back and he would get it sorted out. Here is almost 2-3 weeks of me trying to get a hold of him and him dodging my calls. Finally get a hold of him and he says I can get it detailed in town and to send a Receipt to get a check sent to me. I do that and then he says that because a family member did it and not a “real company” did it, he can’t reimburse me. A note, my uncle owns a car detailing company so it is a REAL company. Very disappointed and point of my review is that if this dealership promises you ANYTHING, get it in paper and never speak to Joe because he has no respect for customers that spend THOUSANDS, of dollars here.

If i could give less then 1 star i would. Never answer phones online service system doesn’t work and when you do leave a voicemail for a call back no one does poor customer service

Hyundai of Vacaville's service has severely declined over the past couple of years. After trying for over a year to get them to paint my white car that has paint falling off of it I have made no progress even though they know their paint is defective. The service reps all make false promises and never follow through or call when they say they will. On top of that during my last service they couldn't tell me why my check engine light was on and didn't rotate my tires upon request. I used to love the service they provided but now it's terrible. I'll never buy another Hyundai after this. My car is now worthless due to their defective white paint.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Hyundai in Vacaville! Daniel was the one who helped us and he was awesome! He was very communicative, fast and very knowledgeable. We leased a 2024 Ioniq 5 SEL and we love it! Thank you Daniel and the team at Hyundai in Vacaville!

If I could give negative 80 stars I would. We brought my car here for a recall on August 5th of last year and still do not have it fixed. No one calls to update us not even the GM. We have called and called and even gone in person to get info on the vehicle and keep getting the runaround.

My husband and I have never owned a Hyundai. We did not have an appointment . We just stopped by in hopes of finding something that would work for us. Daniel greeted us on the lot. He was incredibly knowledgeable and personable. He knew every detail and feature of the suv we were looking at. Daniel was not overbearing or pushy, but was in sight when we had questions. We decided on an suv. It was the most enjoyable car purchasing experience I have had in the 20 years I have been buying cars. Whomever, gave this guy his job knew what they were doing. Along with the finance
manager, we negotiated a hell of a deal. All paperwork went smoothly and quickly. We started the process late in the evening, and we appreciate them staying late to complete the sale. When it is time to buy cars for our kids we will be coming to Daniel.

I was helped out my Oscar. He was awesome and i was able to leave in the car i wanted. Great customer service. He called me a few days after to see if i needed anything and how the car was working for me.

My beautiful little car is dead. so the other day I called the Hyundai dealership in Vacaville to cancel a part I ordered because I don't need it anymore, I told him why I didn't need it anymore like two or three different employees their reaction or lack of reaction surprise me because last Friday my engine threw a rod went down the bottom of the engine through the oil pan the engine is gone I don't have the money for a new engine you would have thought as I told the different employees why I needed to cancel they would reacted like I'm so sorry what happened but it's like they pretended they didn't hear me say why I cancel the part that I threw a rod I tell my
coworkers or friends they'll have the same reaction oh sorry to hear that you know like it's a loss like he's lost a child you know like that the employees at the Hyundai dealership expressed no such thing it's like they pretend they didn't hear it but it was a little surprised at that it's not that they were rude or anything but they express no sympathy didn't ask any question or what happened you would think they would because it's one of their cars but the three different employees all have the same reaction or lack of.

Vacaville Hyundai has the absolute worst customer service ever. They had my vehicle for 2 1/2 weeks and I was never given a car as a loaner while they fixed my vehicle. Bryan and Christian never returned phone calls even after I filed a report with Corporate Office. They were refusing to fix my car even though it was under warranty. After several calls, I finally got my car fixed. Valerie from Corporate Office was no help either. Don’t waste your money buying a car with Vacaville Hyundai. Go spend your money somewhere else.

Had a great buying experience here! I came from three hours away and had a difficult schedule, but Alejandro was able to accommodate me and even helped pick me up. This is the first time purchasing a Hyundai and the car buying experience was great. This is also the first time I wasn’t pressured to purchase a bunch of extra stuff while buying a car. Great dealership and staff!
