The lady we got was apparently the highest certification the IRS provides but she was a total novice. She didn’t ask for our closing documents and we were first time home buyers! That’s a huge write off that she isn’t even think about. Don’t go to these people. They are terrible. She waiting until the night before taxes were due to tell us we owed ($10,000) and we don’t! I’m using TurboTax on my own because its more reliable.
