Found out Horizon is part of a huge international company - they specialize in dealing with contractors who place large orders - I am very small customer with garden irrigation needs who visited the store many times (some with refunds) - the staff still took the time to give me guidance regarding my needs - a special salute to Chuck, Gumby and Jose (the staff I personally dealt with) - they are true professionals who are patient and pleasant at the same time !

Just found this store! If you need irrigation parts or assistance this is your store. Way more selection than Lowes, Home Depot or Ace. And the store associates know what they are talking about when you need help.

Geez - terrible and annoying. I bought a sprinkler valve in Nov, installed it, and then shut off the system for the winter. Testing the valve this week, a plastic piece broke off. The sales guy Gumby said that plastic part wasn't under warranty and made me buy another valve so I could replace the part. Later, I called the valve manufacturer. They said, absolutely, the part is covered, that Horizon should have swapped the bad valve for a new one, and they would have received a credit for the bad valve. They were disappointed that I had this bad experience. So - bad customer service, at a place that isn't cheap so customer service should be #1.

I was having an issue where sprinklers wouldn't shut down after turning valve off. Had to turn off water to house because no isolation valve. I happened to have extra valve but was thinking I was gonna have to cut PVC and glue PVC when I replaced the valve. I took the extra valve into Horizons and Scott helped me. He explained that I could just replace the guts by screwing off the top of the valve and using the top from the new unused valve. If that didn't work would have to replace valve. It worked! Scott is a genius to a single woman who didn't really want to pay someone to do I job that I could possibly do myself. It took 5 mins to fix the issue with the correct info. Thanks Scott for being so helpful without me even buying anything from the business. These days it means so much when we are all struggling to make ends meet. 5 stars for Scott and a HUGE Thank You! I am a Vacaville resident. Don't know why it says SF?

Horrible customer service. Stood in line for 30 mins while the one guy working there bullshitted with the customer in front of me while looking for a chain saw part online. He never once acknowledged that I was there. I finally left

Great parts, staff is nothing short of superb - knowledgeable, polite, efficient. If you're doing anything or need anything related to landscaping your only stop ought to be Horizon (Vacaville).
