It was the worst experience of my entire life that I purchased something from this store. They have extremely bad service and there are two guys (sales men) I don't know their names, they are too much rude and have extremely bad behavior with customers. I don't know how do they run their business with these Rude sales men.

The quality of the furniture is really low. I had multiple items break that were still under warranty but apparently the warranty is a little shifty and doesn't actually cover what they say they do and they blame the manufacturer for everything instead of taking responsibility for selling bad furniture. My bedframe broke within a month of using it. I've spent thousands at this store on different types of items and I would absolutely advise finding another place to shop. When I brought up the fact all my items are breaking they told me they are aware the quality is low and to not expect anything better. Really disappointed in this store and I will not be shopping here again.

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and absolutely regret it. All of the furniture breaks super easily and trying to get them to cover a warranty is a joke. My sectional started to fall apart the first month I got it even though we take great care of it. My king bedframe broke in 4 places within the first 6 months of use. I will not be purchasing from this store again. The ONLY redeeming factor about this place is their wonderful store manager (Nia/Mia?) who is incredibly kind, patient and helpful. But there is only so much she can do. She’s wonderful and deserves a big raise for dealing with all of this so patiently and professionally.

I've now come here 3 times to furnish a new house. Each time I have been met by friendly sales associates. I love the amount of options available. So many makers at pretty low prices, especially for custom work.

If I could give zero stars I would. Wouldn't recommend them is they gave me a whole house full of furniture. Purchased a couch on a Saturday, was told it would be in in 2 weeks. Three weeks later I called and was told it came in the following Monday and someone called me which they did not or i would have picked it up.. Got there to get couch and they ordered the wrong one! Then was told I could get a replacement but it wouldn't be here for two weeks. Funny that I was told the very same thing when i purchased it. After raising a fit was told that they would put a rush on it and it would arrive Tuesday with frrlee delivery. I told them the delivery had to be after 5 as I work. Got a phone call at 2pm. Guy said we are here open the door. I called the store and was told that they moved the delivery time. This place is so dishonest!! So unorganized! Don't waste your time or money.

They deliver and haul away! They always have a great inventory! They can special order! Their prices are pretty good! What's there not to like baby?

Terrible service, spent over 8k on furniture and came back to buy more stuff and the lady was super rude. The couch I bought back in May is falling apart already, come to find out the pillows they gave us, the inside was ripped and cheap so all the feathers are falling out. DO NOT spend your money here

I bought bought a nook table and sofa for my new home and was expecting to spend my Friday evening sitting around waiting for my delivery because the time slot was between 5 and 7. At 4:45 I received a phone call and at 5:00 exactly Isaiah and Pablo showed up with my furniture. By 5:14 they had my table assembled and sofas in place. They were extremely kind and professional. This is one of my favorite furniture stores in town and the delivery drivers provide excellent customer service! I highly recommend.

i have purchased several items from this store - some as old as 8 years ago. Pieces include , tables, couches, chairs and entertainment center items are still in good shape and survived lots of kids! prices are always reasonable
