“Employees shout out!! I was heading into HomeDepot to get my monthly water refills and had the best customer service I’ve experienced here. During my check out MANNY (customer rep at self-checkout) was very friendly and helped with a quick check out and even offered to help load the new water jugs (3) into my cart. He then suggested I pull my car up and NICO came to help load the water right into my car. I’m 5 months pregnant and was worried about having to carry and load the water but they made my day. They both had smiles and super friendly through it all. They took the time to help me and this kind gesture made my day 100x better! Thank you Manny and Nico!!”
