Today I stopped by my local store to get a specific item that my husband needed. I was easily able to flag down an employee who took me to what I needed. Then hubby called me while still there that he needed another item. Again a helpful employee took me right to the item. When outside, after putting my purchase in my car, another employee was handy to take my cart. Love my Home Depot!!

Went into Home Depot in Vacaville to buy a Traeger grill at their $599 price. Once inside I could not find anyone to get any help, could not find any employees in the isles. Walk down to the other end of the store to a cashier and asked her to call someone to help, she asked another employee who's covering aisle 2, when the other employee told her who it was she just rolled her eyes. She told me someone would and meet me there. after waiting for 15 minutes and no one showed up, unfortunately this is nothing new for the Home Depot in Vacaville. So the end result is, I ordered it on Amazon for the same price. Won't be going back.

went in today for a few items and found an awesome deal, $499 for a set of Milwaukee tools and above them was an advertisement for $150 off of $499. Once at the register my husband told the cashier that the $150 didn't come off. She informed us that the particular set didn't "qualify" for the deal after consulting a coworker, who told her it wasn't listed as an exclusion on the sign she called her manager who came out and very rudely said that it stated right on the sign that only bare tools qualified for the deal even though there were only sets under the sign. We were very disappointed and the entire ordeal took 10-20 minutes. If an item isn't included in a sale then it shouldn't be placed under the sign.

Mixed reviews. Helps my family member above the call of duty. Dianna; Dianna excellent job. Thank you for giving me hope again. While others wouldn't lift a finger to help me at all, confusing. Really. One was even annoyed I didn't know about torches when it was her job to know. Excuse me! Not. I am the paying customer with a Home Depot card and Lowes even. I have a choice. That time it sent me right back to Lowes.

Bought some conduit from Home Depot and they cut it for me unlike Lowe's. Have always had bad experiences with Lowe's and will not shop there anymore. Home Depot has always provided great customer support. Thanks Alex for cutting the 10 pieces of conduit. Go here...not Lowes

We came late at night hoping to get some plywood cut, but we're unsure if it was too late. Mike helped us out and was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, cut the boards perfectly, and gave us a good laugh! We also needed some mirrors up high and Alex was more than willing to go the extra mile. Shoutout to the night crew, everyone else was friendly and smiling too. The customer service is much appreciated and we will definitely be back!

Great selection of all things home and garden. Prices are great and staff are very accomodating. If you feel overwhelmed shopping here, as I often do, just order online for pickup and get it from an associate or in the new pickup lockers. So easy!

Nate,Who is the plumber department associate, He provided a phenomenal customer service I had a clogged toilet and he gave me the most accurate suggestions and information,Then today I went to buy several things for my bathroom and I was assisted by Dion who went above and beyond to provide excellent service as well!

How can you go from 5 stars to 1 in less then a month. You give someone a fridge that won't stop breaking! We got a fridge it broke within a month I call Home Depot they said they will have someone come out and fix it. So naturally I take the day off and I wait around well no one comes that day! I called Home Depot back they had nothing scheduled for me and told me I actually need to call the makers of the fridge. I do that they come out the next day and order parts they get delivered and then two days later the guy comes out and fixes it. Then 48 hours later the fridge breaks AGAIN! I called Home Depot they said I would have to get the fridge back to Home Depot in order to return it. Well I've already lost 300 bucks on grocery's from out fridge breaking twice I am not spending any extra money besides to buy a new fridge! Well long story short they said if we buy a fridge they will take the old one out. The delivery guy comes to deliver the new fridge he said it didn't fit so he left it in our living room.... turn out the fridge does fit you just need to be willing to actually make it work! My husband and I got it in and closed our Home Depot credit card we will never be coming here again.

This place deserves zero stars. There's absolutely no customer service, no one around to help. We could easily blame it on a big store with not enough employees. However, it's a true reflection of their store manager Jeff. He absolutely does not care about customer service or if we return. Go to Lowe's they know how to treat their customers, they also happen to have better deals than Home Depot. It is not a crime to ask for discounted items. Jeff and his staff should not be so mean to their customers. They made me feel like I'm worth nothing because I asked about a discounted item.

Their delivery is a JOKE! Bought multiple appliances from(thousands of dollars) them on a Friday and was told it would be delivered in a week, the following Friday. I recieved an email two days before scheduled delivery (Wednesday) stating there was an error and my appliances would not believed until the following Tuesday. It's now Tuesday, I've been waiting all day. I see a random white truck pull up across the street so I go outside and stare at the people in the truck. I wait a few minutes and decide to go inside to get my phone to see if my phone has rang regarding this delivery. I was inside less than a minute and the truck was GONE! They had tried to call but never got out of the truck never came to my door NOTHING. Now they are saying I have to wait another WEEK for my appliances. This is absolutely ridiculous. Will NEVER do delivery through them again.

Rating is only for this particular instance, since we frequent this location for our home improvement needs. A sales associate's help is a hit or miss when it comes to customer service and you can find someone to help you. I stopped a older male employee yesterday afternoon wanting to know where the the industrial piping materials are. He didn't look it up on his phone nor did he offer to go to a nearby computer to search for it. I felt he didn't want to help me by his tone of voice and attitude. He said they only sell PVC pipes and doesn't know why Home Depot would sell industrial piping. I told him I found the industrial piping material I need on their store website and it shows a good supply on hand at the Vacaville store. The employee shrugged and said well I can't help you. He never smiled or was in any way helpful. He gave me very negative vibes. I should've gotten his name so I can complain about the lousy customer service I got from this guy. Thank goodness my husband wasn't with me at the time. He would've put him in his place. BTW, as a result and after searching through the whole store, we found the industrial piping materials in the store.

Ugh, spend way too much on blinds only to discover after it's installed it's missing the plastic piece to flip the blinds. No biggie right. All I can say is "Buddy" is no buddy, he bitched and moaned the whole time, was so rude if he had been the one who originally helped me I would have left the blinds here. So ridiculous, you have a job sir, I'm the customer it's not my fault the blind came without the correct hardware.

Stopped by here to get supplies for remodleing a hallway and bathroom. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help in the paint Dept. Everything went smooth and he mixed a few gal of paint colors for me. Quick no issues.
