“Nice location for all your desi products needs. We are in Vacaville and it's the only store that is our go to store for our Pakistani family and friends parties or even for the regular desi food products that we crave for occasionally to cook at home. The store owner is very nice and polite. I haven't experienced any expired products like I have had previously from other desi stores. My husband has previously requested some Pakistani items from the owner and he was able to manage those as well. Overall I'd recommend!”

“You would probably be surprised to know this but they have an excellent section on organic and vegan foods to help you meal prep and make good decisions at affordable price. last year we wrote our name down on a receipt and put it in the big box and $87 in free!! And told us to come down and get all the great things for the $87 and much more.? we definitely recommend with our grocery outlet and we are grateful to be a part of our community. “Excellent service, great selection of fresh meats. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a full service Mexican meat market! I've just recently found them and have not been disappointed. First time was to see what they offered and ended up taking home some arrechera, it was the best I've had in 20 years! The second time was a special order I called in for an event. The meat was amazing and got hundreds of questions from our guests on where we had gone for the meat. I won't be going anywhere else after finding this business. I'm a customer for life!”

“This place is huge and has everything you can think of for every part of the home. The bulk section is inspiring- they even have dog food and treats! The staff seem genuinely happy to be at work and are very helpful. Don't forget to stop by the deli for the hot foods or the pizza station at checkout. Great prices throughout the store and no shortage of specials and extra discounts.”
“Been going to Oates since the 70s I was probably Five or six when I would go straight to the ice cream for a frozen snow cone?, years would pass and it would be a trip to Oates to rent a movie?? riding dirt bikes down to grab fuel (candy, sodas etc) loved when the Deli went in ? and it is by far the Best place to grab a sandwich, chips and the occasional huge Dilled pickle?. You couldn’t ask for better Customer service?. Remember to support your Locally owned businesses. I will continue supporting The Oates family ??”

He came over to help me look. That is not the norm anymore. Most places will see you need help and ignore it. This place is a gem”
“Its a bit small but they always seem to have everything I need. I have found their fresh tomatillo salsa and ready made beans very tasty and conveniently portioned and ready for sale. They make a healthy addition to my lunch or breakfast.”

“Excellent for a quick shop. The lot is big with plenty of parking and is kept very clean. Easy In and Out from both streets. Store is clean and generally well stocked although they can suffer from products runs like anyone else. Produce is attractive and well maintained. Store is trying to reinstitute manned check out stands but they still maintain self checkout kiosks for the diehards.”

“Best spot in town to get practically any IPA beer you can think of or just beer in general. I come here all the time to pick up a new ipa but my favorite is the Evil3. Place is always clean and inviting. They even have an Instagram page so you can see when they'll have a new shipment of beer coming in! Which is neat to me.”
“Kristen went and brought me a handicap cart with a smile. Place was clean and well stocked. Great fresh meat selection as well as produce. Easy check-out with wide lane so getting the cart thru was made simple. Lupe assisted me to my car and talked to me along the way. Very pleasant experience and I will be back.”

“This is the best and affordable grocery store in town! They have extensive inventory of grocery items from veggies, fruits, meat, process food, drinks/beverages and more. They also carry organic fruits and vegetables now, so yeah, definitely a go to. Plus, their bagel is the best-tasting I've ever had, better than the branded ones. They also have a Winco version of most grocery items anyone needs. The staff are all helpful and accommodating. The shelves are stocked and the aisles are clean.”
“I never thought I'd be making a review for Walmart but here it is! I went for some late night grocery shopping and normally they won't have a lot in stock but this time they did and everything was super fresh!!! I went to self check out however I had to get rung up by an employee off to the side since I had alcohol. He was extremely sweet and even rung up my other groceries (which normally they won't) and had another employee help out to make the process quicker. I forgot his name but he was amazing I can't get over it! I wish I could hire him at my job because the customer service was 100% THERE! (10/13/23 checked out at 9:54 :) )”
