I gave it 3 stars because I found the quartz I want to have installed. No one greets you, no one bothers to help until you go to front desk. One young man helped me once I asked where quartz was located. Poor customer service.

This place is THE WORST!! Their lack of communication from the owners/administrators is laughable. You can barely get a word out with them. They make you feel crazy, like you didn't just spend $10,000 with their business. It's rude and jaw dropping. I would not come here if I didn't have to.If you can make it through dealing with their front counter you'll be pleasantly surprised to find out that everyone working at the loading bay is even ruder. Their forklift drivers are aggressive and seem to be looking for a fight. All their helpers don't care if they scratch or ding your cabinets. They hire a bunch of young people to handle the phones and get you in the door. Once you start dealing with the actual decision makers here is when the nightmares begin.Unfortunately I have to come here pretty frequently. However I wouldn't get caught dead recommending this place to anyone I gave a crap about.

We purchased our quartz granite top 3 weeks before we were to have it installed. The day our contractor went to pick it up. They had broken our slab in half. They told us it would be in within the week. So we proceeded with installing everything else. However, it's been a month and we still have a incomplete kitchen. They have been terrible with giving us updates. Every week they say it'll be here by Saturday and they never follow up. Horrible customer service!

Do not shop at this location. I've had nothing but issues when it comes to damage cabinets from this store and dealing with that a****** store manager. He does not take any responsibility for the products coming from his location and does understandthe meaningof customerservice. On 3 separate occasions my clients and I have had terrible experiences dealing with him. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other locations, Pittsburg or Emeryville.

This store has a great selection of cabinets, granite, stone, slabs and tile.I was able to finish my entire kitchen project using materials from GE. I’m happy with their customer service and attention to detail.

This was one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Once I purchased cabinets and counter tops and paid in full everything went downhill. First I noticed the person who did my plan put 2 wrong cabinets so I had to go back and pay the difference. Mind you I live almost 30 minutes away.Then when my delivery date came I hadn't heard anything so I called to see what was going on. They informed me I needed to pick the cabinets up. I told the owner the person Francisco told me my delivery date would be 7/5. The owner then proceeded to say I was lying that he didn't tell me that. I had a friend with me who also heard Francisco tell me that my delivery date was 7/5 and the total included everything. I would have paid extra for delivery if that was the case.Then Francisco called me back yelling at me and arguing. I eventually had to hang up on him. That was the most disgusted I had ever been with customer service in my life.Since I was going on vacation the next day I was not able to make arrangements to pick up the cabinets at such short notice. So when I got back 2 weeks later I made arrangements. When I finally picked up the cabinets they were such poor quality I almost wanted to cry. The person loading them into my truck damaged several cabinets. I only saw 1 damaged though. So, I told the owner. He, gave me a slight discount but when we got home and started unloading there were several others that were damaged or had poor workmanship. And at this point the store is closed. I called the next day and spoke to someone she put me on hold for a while and when she came back on the line she informed me I could bring the cabinets back for an exchange. I no longer had the rental truck at that time and the audacity of this company to think the customer should have to spend their time and money to fix this company's mistakes is outrageous. I told her I couldn't bring the cabinets back I didn't have time. My cabinets are being installed the next day. She said I would have to talk with the owner and he would call me back. I never heard back. Do not give this company your business they are horrible and the quality of the cabinets is trash.

Wow, lots of bad reviews but that wasn't my experience. I bight several slabs of quartz from them at a great price and had my contractor install. I also went back for a kitchen faucet. I had some clearance issues and needed a particular style that was hard to find. Adriana at the front desk was very helpful and went through catalogs with me until I found the one that would work. Not sure why all the bad reviews for customer service, she was pleasant and helpful and I'll be back for more kitchen and bath as my renovation project is not complete yet. Thanks Adriana!

We are a local General Contractor, S. T. Munson Construction andI came to this store to pick up a cabinet & countertop for a client and I received the worst Customer Service I have had in quite some time. I typically do not write reviews but a Hello, Can I help you, or any communication what so whenever would have been nice. I was left to wander around the store and into the warehouse with a pink piece of paper trying to find some help and nobody would even make eye contact let alone welcome me into the store or ask what I might need. So frustrating that this is what Us as Customers have to deal with these days. Good Customer Service is very hard to come by and those companies who don't think that Customer Service is important should think twice before they have No Customers!Very Disappointed and I will not suggest or refer this company at all in my business!

I have no pictures to post because they never delivered my cabinets. I confirmed with Francisco that my cabinets would be delivered to my house but when I called the location they said I needed to pick them up if they weren't installing them. This is the first I'm hearing this. I spoke to the owner and he has the worst customer service I have ever received. He basically called me a liar. He refused to make this right and is leaving me to figure things out. I have never in my life been treated this poorly by a business I supported. Now I have to pay even more money to get the cabinets here. I am livid. I would not recommend doing business here. Unless you are planning on picking up your own cabinets. Lesson learned. I should have stuck with the big box company at least they deliver and make sure the customer is taken care of.

The prices are reasonable; however, the service is utterly worthless. The employees don't acknowledge or greet you. Whenever, we asked someone for help they seemed inconvenienced. Prior to leaving, 4 employees were huddled gossiping and I even overheard another customer say "Why even ask them. Let's go." That quote pretty much summed up my experience and of others.

Awesome store ? they have s superb huge selection of tiles and othe fixtures! One thing I must say about Granite Expo, is their great customer service, they greet me the second I walked through their door? I felt they have a genuine desire be at their best ? ➕ if you need coffee to wake up they have a nice machine that'll serve you with different types of coffee, even hot chocolate! I loved my experience with this awesome store! ?

Terrible customer service! No compassion for customers at all! I guess the "Defective" pieces are called as "Design". Purchased 50 pieces of SPC flooring -25 boxes were clean/ No Stain, rest 25 boxes had a Stain/Defect apparently called as “Design”. People, Pls inspect each item carefully when you book your order or be left high & dry!

YIKES! BEWARE!! We purchased counters and cabinets through them, and had their company install it all. The installers rushed a scheduled two day install for one day and worked till 8 o'clock pm and started being sloppy. They pored goof off all over the counters to remove adhesive and poisoned my dog from the fumes the next day and they didn't use a fan or air the room out. Our vet said we needed to take her UC Davis it was critical, They did pay for the three trips of vet bills, HOWEVER, they then said they have to charge me $250 more after the fact for materials- Just to get some money back from us. We took measurements and disputed it AGAIN in person two more times! This was an absolute nightmare and I had to consult with an attorney. The laborers were beyond sloppy, were not able to speak English to communicate, showed up with the wrong material and poisoned my dog. The office is also very hard to work with, please hire a independent contractor instead of using them. Product was okay but the service was the beyond horrific.

Don't waste your money nor time. I went to pick up the cabinets I had ordered. I was shocked to see the cabinets damaged. I mean they were brand new, who would expect 50% of the cabinets to have damaged wood and horrible paint job. Sure they are cheaper than other stores such as home depot but at least at home depot they won't tell you that brand new cabinets are normally damaged and that once they are installed you won't be able to see the cracked. They offered to swap out the cabinets with other cabinets of the same type but those were even more damaged than the first ones they brought out.. They didn't even apologize because to them this is normal. This is not an assumption, this is exactly what i was told.. but you see i bought the cabinets for my home not as a contractor. A contractor might over look damages because they might be able to cover it up or repair. They didn't offer an apology nor discount. I will be reporting them to the BBB. Sharing my experience and a couple of pictures of some of the damages in hopes that others won't have to go through what I did.

I would give these people a negative rating. The showed up to do counter tops and blocked my wife in the driveway and wouldn't let her move her car either because they thought they wouldn't leave any powder or debris from their cutting, or the fact that their workers didn't speak a lick of English. They ended up leaving residue all over my car. When we end to bring it to their attention they denied, shocker. There is no way that there is a coat all over every inch of my car that is identical to the counter tops they installed. I'm going to call tomorrow and see what they can do. Other wise it's bad review after bad review EVERYWHERE. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. IM NOT OUT FOR A NEW PAINT JOB. I'm far from petty, but they need to own their mistake and detail my car and get it to where it was prior to their visit
