Worst customer service ever. Same day pick up order tuned into 3 day wait. I had to keep calling to find out why is it taking so long to pull the order. Then when I was in the store previously to check on a color paint that I was interested in I asked the person in the paint department for help after I was ignored for 15 minutes. I asked him where can I find the color swatch because I wanted to see it before I asked for a sample he told me it was in the computer. Really being a smart A$$ is good customer service! I know it's in the computer but that is not what I asked. There is never anyone in the store that knows where anything is they just say try different isles and look around which is why I chose to do on line pick up. Seems like I might need to go to lowes because at this rate dealing with Home Depot I'll never finish my project since they don't know what is going on

Came here to purchase a water heater plus the gas connector and valve. Things are hard to find unfortunately. I'm running around the store trying to find the gas connector (which is not next to the water heater) and it ended up being at the back wall. I approached a worker there and he had no idea what I was saying and didn't even try to help me look. I showed him a photo on my phone and he just brushed me away and said it's online and i need to order it. I'm like I know I see that it's online but don't you have ANY similar in the store. He said no. Useless! I found all the items i needed on my own.

I signed my son up for the workshop and get their today and they said they ran out. So I ask what was the point of me signing up. It's pretty first come first serve regardless. So my son and I drove in the rain and got soaking wet for nothing. Also would have made other plans in this case. Super disappointed since we've been coming for years!!!

If I could do a zero, I would. I went to buy a Ryobi Caulk gun that WAS marked at $39.97 from $59.97 Online and on the TAG. It didn't ring up right and I asked for help. NO-ONE WANTED TO ADMIT THAT IT WAS THE SAME CAULK GUN. Even though I asked specifically for it. It was handed to me by the HD employee. It was labeled as such, but they refused to honor the price. Not one single person.

Do NOT come to this Home Depot! Dealt with the most rudest and condescending Assistant Supervisor, Sean Karlson. He was not helpful and was demeaning about the issue I presented him about his employees. His employees were lazy and unhelpful. He laughed at my face when I asked for his associate's name and made fun of me. Hes racist! Do not come to this HD!

I DO like Home Depot...their prices are very reasonable and if I need help, the employee really tries to help out. I bought about $85 worth of plants today, I will keep the receipt, as I noticed when re-potting them, some were SO dry, and some were DRENCHED! However, they will take their plants back and give you credit if you keep the receipt ( which I always do)...

Not so great, not helpful at all this time. You know those bulbs behind the numbers to the address at your house to illuminate them? Sometimes those burn out. Push-in style bulbs. Okay, I'll head over to Home Depot.I asked one of the folks up front where I could find one of these bulbs. Showed it to them and they directed me down aisle 11. Good start. Moseyed down aisle 11 and located bulbs. One looked similar, however it had two leads running down below the glass. I didn't want that. I wanted a bulb that looked similar to the one I was holding. So I waited until someone in an orange apron walked by. And waited......and waited......so after I woke up from a brief nap, I went up to the front and asked someone to help me. They said they'd call someone over to the electronics section, so I went back. And waited......and waited......after my second nap, I found a guy with an orange apron draped around his neck but not fully covering his torso. Looked like he was shopping for something, so I asked him if he was working and he hesitantly replied "yes." Pulled out the bulbs and showed them to him. Fairly quickly, he told me I should go to the place across the freeway. So I did.

Home Depot is Home Depot. It is still a great DIY warehouse. The service in departments is sometime lackluster, but I usually find what I'm looking for--in the DIY category of need, that is. For the Pro it may fall short for supplies "on hand." Ordering on-line and pickup at the store is a good way to get items not normally on hand.

First time today everyone went out of their way to assist us in the garden section! Fantastic and good work everyone. Will return to this section as long as the individuals on this day of June 6th are around at 10:30 am. Hence the five stars.
