I am a repeat customer so obviously I have been very happy with the outcome each and every time. Sherri is wonderful, not pushy at all and really listened. I gave her an idea of what I was looking for and with her experience and knowledge I was finally able to make a decision, but not before completely changing colors three different times. Sherri was a huge help and even dropped off a few samples at my home.
Her installation team, Luiz and his assistant were great also. They were professional, very courteous, competent and efficient. I could not have been happier with the outcome.
Customer service at the highest level from everyone involved. Would highly recommend! FIVE STARS!!!!!

I didn't use their services, but they were very professional and told us their professional opinion. They are very honest and care about our property/project. They were realistic with the pricing/situation. They were not sharks and trying to get us to buy an entire project's worth of flooring. We were looking for not a long term solution since it was only a 5x6 fix, not replacing the whole property's flooring.I highly recommend looking into them! If and when our flooring needs a full replacement, we will have Floortex in mind!

We had luxury vinyl floors installed a year and a half ago from Floortex Vacaville and we have two panels with bubbles in them. We have contacted Laura and she indicated that they would take care of the panels because we have extra floor material. Since I made contact with them I have left at least 6 messages and they now will not return my calls. I asked them to let me know if they are not going to fix these so I can call another company for repairs but they do not have the courtesy to call back. Stay away from Abbey Floors.

My experience with Floortex Design was 100% positive from start to finish. Laura in the Vacaville showroom was outstanding, provided great customer service. She was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and professional. There were no hassles and no charge for her to come by and measure my rooms. David in installation was terrific too. The installers arrived on time, were very efficient, and did an amazing job installing our carpet, flooring and baseboards and handled our furniture like it was their own - with care! We will definitely use them again!

I wish I could give Abbey Floors negative stars. I had my floors installed the first week of Dec.2021. I have had nothing but problems since the moment the installer showed up at my house 3 hours late the first day. The floor on my stairs is cracked and broken, boards are snapping out of place. I had to have a second installer come in to do transition pieces and a carpet guy come and transition the carpet and flooring. All because the first installer was not nonweldable enough to know how to complete. Laura, the manager and sales person is sporadic at best in communicating what is the next steps. Months go by between communications. I suggest you find somewhere else to purchase your flooring. I have not been able to enjoy my brand new remodel because 10 months later my floors are still not complete.

We hired Abby Floortex Design 900 Merchant Street Vacaville Ca. 95688 to replace all flooring in the entire house $30,281.00 during the process the installer suggested instead of putting the baseboards he removed back on the wall after installing the floor that if we paid for new baseboards $400.00 and 5 gallons paint $260.00 he would pick them up take them to his shop and paint them, he told us it would be a much cleaner nicer looking job we agreed and thanked him for the suggestion, he recommended what type of paint to order and where to buy it which we did, he ordered and picked up the baseboards, we gave him the paint he picked up the baseboard using our credit card number, 3 weeks after baseboards were put back on the wall our painters started the painting process using blue painters tape the painters advised us when removing the tape the paint was coming off the baseboards in strips, when we asked Abby Floortex about it we were told by the sales representative that the deal was made between the installer and myself not with Floortex when I stated that the installer represents Floortex at that point the Floortex Design representative said she would look into it with the owner, a few days later I received an email saying that the owner of Floortex met with the installer and the sales representative and the decision was made that Floortex had met their contractual obligation to detach and reset the baseboard only and it is very unfortunate what happened to your baseboards and that it has caused me to be displeased with Floortex, basically saying they are not concerned about my dis-satisfaction of them not standing behind their promise of a warranty on the workmanship and the quality of their work, prior to the issue with the baseboards peeling we did a walk through with the installer we noticed some issues which he corrected right away, he also mentioned that if we find anything else afterwards we do have a warranty period and all we would need to do is call the sales representative which we did and were denied, we did not ask that all the base boards be repainted just sand and repaint where the paint peeled, while there were roadblocks that came up during the installation process the installer did a very good job of keeping us informed and found work around's to complete each task, we were very pleased with the entire experience until our conversation about the baseboards peeling, now we are not happy with the overall outcome of the job primarily because Floortex did not follow through with the promises made by the installer that Floortex sent to our home, no ownership or responsibility taken, so now we are hiring a painter to come and do the baseboard painting properly.

I cannot say enough about how truly wonderful my experience was with this store. Marvetta is an angel and I absolutely love her. She took care of my carpet needs from start to finish. Kelly was the installer and oh man was he amazing as well. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was so perfect and to my satisfaction. If and when I ever need carpet again I will be going back.

WOW - What a Wonderful World this would be if all retail experience were like the one my wife and I experience with Floortex Design Abbey Floors of Vacaville - from the first phone call to come back for a closet finish everyone and everything was top notch - Marvetta (office manager and our sales contact person) was very Personable, Patient and Professional (as you can see I am a fan of word alliteration) - she correctly advised on the carpet selection and the order arrived ahead of schedule - she was always pleasant no matter what we ask and kept us informed throughout the process / Then came the installers the next day after the shipped carpet arrived at the warehouse - Antonio and his brother Carlos were Energetic, Efficient and just plain Excellent - they did many large areas and stairs with perfection and in a timely and respectful manner -/ Plus the price was much lower than three other companies that gave us quotes on comparable carpet installation / To sum it up - lowest cost - highest service / we recommend them !

Really unknowledgeable show room hosts, the customer service is really slow and lacks any sort of personal care. I came in, and had then had them come out to measure, reached out numerous times about a product and was never told anything else. If your gonna sell flooring, you have to know your flooring. Very disappointed with this store.

We had to get new carpet after 3 years because the previous installer did a terrible job of installing, and the quality of the carpet it turns out was no bueno. The carpet was bubbling up, the color was the wrong color, and the carpet was becoming undone at the seams, and stains were difficult to get out (even though they said it would be very easy). We met Shamar unrelated to carpets and later found out she worked at Abbey. When we found that out, we had her come over to our home to do some measurements and make some suggestions, but I was always hesitant to move forward because I'm always afraid I'll make the wrong decision (like we did with the previous carpet). We visited Abbey, looked at some swatches, and chose a color, but Shamar insisted we take the swatch and some others home just in case it looks different. And boy did it! We ended up going with something totally different. Shamar came to our home and helped us pick a color/style out based on our existing structure, paint color, lighting, tiles, furniture, etc. Kelly came to do the install about a week later, and he was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely professional, knew what he was doing, saw some rusted nails and boards that needed to be replaced so he replaced them after letting us know, he even stretched the carpet (which our previous installer did not), and cleaned up at the end. The install was easy and everything from start to finish was quick! When we are ready to redo our kitchen tiles and get rid of our bathroom linoleum flooring, we will be reaching out to Shamar. She is extremely knowledgable, has a great positive attitude, has an eye for color, design, and style, and is trustworthy! Thank you for a positive experience. We LOVE our carpet :)

Had them come out to give me an estimate on replacing a section of floor at my home. They showed up about 45 mins late looked at my floor and said they would send me an estimate. I called twice and never got a return call. Totally unprofessional. I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Poor customer service...

We went looking for new flooring in family room and kitchen and front entrance. Floortex has a huge selection and we were able to bring several samples home. We selected the waterproof planks for the kitchen and plush stain master for the family room. The look is terrific , the service was exemplary and we are extremely pleased with our choice. I would recommend this company.

I have had a great experience working with Shamar from the Vacaville store. She was prompt arriving for the appointment at my home, had more samples than was needed and matched the existing floor in my home perfectly.
