I give Fleet Feet 5/5 because the customer service was excellent, even with how busy it was. I had a scheduled appointment for shoe sizing and insoles and ended up spending about two hours there trying on different shoes, getting my feet properly sized and picking an insole. Despite my limited knowledge about shoes and how they should feel, Scott was incredibly helpful and patient. He worked with the small amount of information I could provide and ultimately found shoes that feel just right for me.

I received incredible service from Joey and Amanda. It was busy in the store, but I wasn’t ever rushed and was carefully listened to. I left with an amazing pair of shoes that I love to walk and run in now.

After a frustrating and unresolved experience between HOKA and USPS... I decided to go to Fleet Feet Vacaville to buy my shoes. The knowledge of the staff and the scan they did of my foot... fit me in shoes I would not have expected. I will not be buying kicks anywhere else! Thank You Fleet Feet Vacaville for having Customer Service still be an important part of your values!

I have been to this Fleet Feet a few handfuls of times and the staff here is always friendly and attentive. There is always a couple of people who always make sure that you get the help you need as you browse and answer the questions you may have. Great store!

Took my 90 year old dad in for his scanning/evaluation and fitting. I apologize, I cannot remember his customer service representative's name but she was amazing. She was patient and understanding and listened to all his needs and experiences with his current footwear. She explained everything and fit him with a new pair of Hokas. He was very pleased and out of pain by the end of the day.
