I drove to this location Nov 2022 Walgreens for fedex to return an item with return label on my phone. FedEx representative named Wanetta (name tag) told me right away, well i can’t help you because there’s no signal here all the time for my fedex scanner, then she pretends to try to connect on her work fedex scanner and told me see it doesn’t work, you can go to Raleys by Nut tree road/Elmira to drop off your return. Wow what an inconvenience and if it’s happening all the time then why don’t you fix it Wanneta! So disappointed with customer service. Don’t go here for fedex, you will waste your time and gas money.

Fast and easy drop off. No paper receipts are given for package acceptance. They will take your phone number and you'll get a text receipt.
